We got a new room but it didn't had windows (we had choice take it or wait) seemed okay but it was very humid unfortunately (room looked lovely ) . We didn't spend as much time in a hotel anyway and it had air-conditioning. But very hard to do make up in this humidity and bathroom drying itself off when you turn on the light but cant do makeup without light so mirror outside of bathroom would be great. Way back from town is really up hilly 😅 room very small

We loved the bathroom it was really new and modern looking, great showers pressure and everything we need in there like hair dryer lots of towels . Comfy bed , good location not too far walk to the town centre , kettle with tea bags, fridge. Mirror with light , lots of different choice of lighting. Very clean . Had a lift. Hotel overall looks really nice. Lovely staff

There was not an extra blanket for the bed. The bed sheets were not warm enough for the cool nights.

minor , but not a showstopper was the divide from the bathroom to the bedroom was a glass frosted wall, very modern just not my taste.

Stayed there for 3 nights. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a enthusiastic and very cheerful young man. We were able to check in quickly. The room was very clean, modern and had a great shower and excellent blackout blinds as it was a very hot, bright Aug day. Room was excellent and had the feeling of a newly refurbished hotel. Around 5/8 mins to the metro, nice neighbourhood with lots of small restaurants close by for breakfast or evening meal.

The shower had mould and wasn't very appealing, you could tell it had been cleaned though. There was some street traffic noise but not excessive and it did quieter down

The room was clean, on the small side but we have definitely had smaller. There was a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and a small balcony. Bed was good. The bathroom was small and might have been recently renovated, except the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good 35 minute walk to the old town. Cafes and bars close

Place was very nice, had cooling system. The whole room was for us, we had own shower, toilet, TV. The person at reception was very friendly and willing to help. I do not remember any problem.

The first floor is not that sound proof, you can hear outside...my colleague got a room without a minibar and a window so it was a bit strange and chlastrophobic..

The new rooms were very nice and comfortable. The night staff are so nice .

When my elderly parents checked in on the first evening, they were given a very small room with no balcony and no proper ventilation. When they went to reception to request them to change, the staff there was rude and said if they are not happy they can go elsewhere and find their own accommodation and refused to give them the room that I actually paid for. Then next day in the morning, my parents went and told the receptionist that they were very upset with the room and the morning staff quickly gave them a nice room with balcony.

Location is very good. The 2nd room offered was nice, with balcony. The morning staff were more friendly and understanding with my elderly parents.

The shower had a lot of mildew/mould with a smell. That is the only complaint.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very close to main attractions via a short Uber ride. Quiet neighborhood with lots of small bakeries and restaurants around.

AC was little hard to manage. Mostly it was either cold or hot. Could not open door to balcony due to noise on the street, so AC was must, maybe we just did not know how to set it. Also wifi had really bad connection.

Room was nice and clean. The balcony is amazing plus and beds are comfortable. They cleaned our room every day. Staff was so nice and helpfull.

Breakfast was expensive at 12 euros per person. We were unable to leave our twin pushchair in the luggage room which meant we had to dismantle and reassemble to get in the lift which was small.

Comfortable beds and pillows. spacious room with everything we needed kettle, fridge, hairdryer etc. Lisbon themed soaps and shower gels in bathroom. Family room had 2 showers.

The word glamour in your title is a mis direction of what is offered. A nice hotel but not glamorous.

It was just a short taxi away from the downtown areas and tile museum. Well worth the savings to be out in a quiet neighborhood with walkable streets and restaurants and grocery store nearby. Staff were super helpful with directions and info.
