Parts of the pool, by the hotel tiles are damaged, and the tiles around the atlantic pool, are definitely a trip hazard. Grass around the 21 euro beds and umbrella is just muck and ants nests.

When on holidays, would like towels changed daily, would have liked a beach towel because of travel from overseas, would have liked room cleaned more frequently. Would have liked a washing machine.

The sunbeds are overpriced at the pool overlooking the sea. If they were reduced, more people might use them

We've been to Prainha Clube many times. We love the location. The apartments are very clean and self-contained. We always go for the sea view as it's lovely to sit on the balcony each evening to see the lovely sunsets. The staff are really pleasant too and very helpful. The facilities in the grounds are great with a lovely pool overlooking the Atlantic and also a great bar and seafood restaurant onsite too overlooking the sea

Apparently, few hotels in Portugal offer free WiFi in the rooms, which is rather out of line with other countries. Hotel rates can be high, so it is best to buy a data only SIM with unlimited downloads for 20 Euros for 15 days.

Quiet location within waking distance of the sea. Facilities were good and the staff were helpful.

Swimming pool and surrounding area needs an update, missing tiles around pool sides and flaking paint in the bottom of the pool. The facilities are a bit worn looking the place needs a freshen up.

We ordered food from the restaurant at the main building only on one occassion; it took a long time to arrive and was substandard.

We loved everything really, quiet location, our room had a balcony with seaview which we did not expect as it was not even advertised. The garden beautifully maintained, beach is close and pools are very nice.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We were not happy with the mattresses on the beds. You could feel every spring and it made our stay very uncomfortable. Definitely need to upgrade the beds. That was the only downfall with our stay but it was a major impact

We were not advised that a new charge has been introduced to use the sunbeds at the pool (not the pool beside the hotel - the scenic pool near the cliffs). The charge is excessive, most people lie on the grass instead! We paid the charge on the first day as we were not made aware, on checking in, that there was a charge.

Return visit - we enjoyed our stays previously. Great location, slightly out of Alvor so a good stroll into town.
