Well of course it would have been nice to have a direct ocean view, actually be on the ocean, but we had a lovely balcony and could see the ocean.

Location was great, room was very good, breakfast was ok but the staff was fantastic (especially Jose).

Nice, brightly coloured spacious room with comfy beds, balcony and view. Quiet, but centrally located in the village for walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast with lots of selection. Helpful staff.

We weren’t told upon checkin that we had to ask for the front desk to turn off the balcony light at night for sleeping and to activate the air conditioning.

Staff gave good advice on where to go to eat, how to get to certain attractions and recovering lost item.

Swim hat compulsory for the roof pool ,no one ever used it .

Mind Blowing care park , as long as you take your time and don't panic its OK. Really good to have cameras and ideally some one to see you navaigate the small spaces. Stressful if in a rental!!! BUT....At least it has parking which is a graet asset.

The shower was not that powerfull and there was no conditioner. They asked for swimming caps to use the swimming pool, and that prevented me from swimming

The room had an amazing view of the fort and the viewpoint for the massive waves! The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was a good size

Parking was offered when booking thou information about it costing 5€/night was never given prior to arrival. It iss a very good price nonetheless. Corridors are a bit noisy. The toilet door inside the room in glass, so it doesn't close properly, llowing all humididty and moist enter the room.

Location in Nazaré is perfect, just 1 block away from the beach. Amazing views from the top floor / pool area, even with bad weather. Breakfast is extensive and has a very good range of local and international options. The bed is big and really comfortable.

The baseboards were in poor condition and other room maintenance is lacking. The mini fridge did not work and a lightbulb over the bathroom sink was burnt out.

Room layout and access to parking was good. Central location was wonderful. Breakfast was a good spread with lots of options (eggs were runny).

When we entered the room, the bathroom smelled bad, perhaps from dirty mopping. It disappeared after a couple of hours.

Great location a block from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very pretty and modern lobby and breakfast facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh juices, baked goods, hot eggs, good cheeses, all kinds of breads/ rolls, and espresso and cappuccino. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and bright. Clean and sleek bathroom with good vessel sink and great shower. Comfortable queen bed. Beautiful view from large balcony. Excellent staff and personal service.

Shower wand holder was broken and bathroom sink drained very slowly.
