Nothing really, we had everything we needed.

The location is fantastic, a great place to go on many walks. We enjoyed the breakfast, good to have this included in the price. We stayed in a bungalow so we were able to cook at night.

I would like to see a greater level of care with the cleaning of the room and bathroom. It would be nice to arrive at night and find the bed freshly made.

Isolated enough, in a forested mountain area. Simple and frugal peace. Great place to rest, or go on adventures in nature.

When I arrived I asked if I could get the bottom bed and the woman at the reception at that moment was very rude and unkind and gave me an speech about why I can't have it. Later on the day when it was check in time another lady was there and I asked the same exact question and she just smiled and politely said yes, changed something in the computer and gave me the key. The first lady was a shame as a costumer service It would be nice to have curtains on the bank beds for more privacy

There is no kitchen and so you cannot prepare your own food. It says bar and snack bar but there are only vending machines and the only food available are Pot Noodles and packet soup. You cannot check in before 5pm. This makes it very unsuitable for an area where people are hiking and arrive tired and needing to eat proper healthy food.

Its not clean, there is no controle so people make a mess. In the Cantine there is little choice for food of you are gluten and lactose intolerant and eat Halal the only option is grab an apple....

Unfortunately the mattress was not comfortable, it was the only thing which stopped me rating a 10. Wasn't horrible but wasn't good. It's the 2nd time I've been here.

Fabulous location with panoramic windows, quiet, mtn views. Very good breakfast,him cheese, cereals, coffee, milk, fruit. Very friendly and helpful staff, incredible value

- Very unfriendly person in the 5pm shift (a woman with a french accent), totally opposite of the girl that was in the reception before that shift. - Only being able to check-in at 5pm. - No place to wash your clothes, nor a place to hang clothes for it to dry - A little bit far from the nearest place to eat (nearly 1km)

We didn't need it but the room heating did not work.

Spectacular and peaceful location surrounded by nature and moutain views. It's so much more comfortable than the pictures suggest. Very helpful English speaking staff at checkin. Free secure parking. Delicious and plentiful selection at breakfast. Super room and comfortable mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. We will be back! Complimentary drinks in the lounging area.

The property is quite big and can host hundreds of guests. Surprisingly there's no kitchen for them (!). There's only a side table with a microwave in the lounge, a few cups, a kettle, a few plates and some cutleries. There's one fridge in the lounge for vending purposes (water, beer, soft drinks etc). You can ask the front desk to store your perishables in there, but it's kept padlocked, so every time you want to access your stuff you have to ask them to unlock it, which is a nuisance. If your stay is short (1, 2 days) it should be OK, but in my case (17 days in total) it was a critical issue, specially because the property is located in a remote area. The closest supermarket is 20km away through a narrow winding road. There are scarce options to eat in the close by village, specially in low season, which was my case. Still, if you choose to stay in a hostel it means you're on a shoestring, therefore you expect to have your own meals at the hostel in order to save up. I've stayed in countless hostels around the world for the last 3 decades and this is the first one I come across with no kitchen (!). The wi-fi connection is good in the lounge and living room. However, it worked erratically in the bedroom I stayed, which was located in a separate lodge away from the main building. There was no socket in the upper bunk bed. You'll want to recharge your mobile overnight while you're sleeping, so you better off asking to have a lower bunk bed. There were only 2 sockets in a bedroom for 4 guests (2 bunks).

Beautiful surroundings in the midst of pristine nature. Many tracks cross the area where the property is, so if you're up to hiking you can start straight away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is a plus.

The lights in the shower go off automatically, which means that sometimes you might be left in dark while showering and the sensor is far enough so you need to get out and walk through the whole bathroom to get the lights back on.

The stay was great. The stuff was very helpful and even accommodated earlier breakfast to make sure I eat before an early bus. The location is remote however that add to the charm. There is a bus stop next to the camp if you need it!

Very functional hostel in a beautiful setting. The walls as always were thin enough to hear conversations and snoring in other rooms, but other than that I had no complaints and enjoyed my stay here.

Breakfast cafeteria was not equipped to handle the huge amount of young students/campers. They should have had a different space or a reserved time, as standard guests stood no chance against such a large group
