Nothing. Absolutely wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary.

Possibly the best location in Lisbon. Cool, quiet, in walking distance to Bairro Alto and in a pretty area with its own string of bars and restaurants nearby, and the National Museum of Ancient Art and gardens. Amazing hotel, fabulous rooftop pool for cooling off after a long day in the city. Great breakfasts with vegan options, and bonuses like a mimosa on the menu. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

Good hotel in an ideal location for us - slightly away from the main areas but close enough to access them easily on foot or by bus. We were made to feel very welcome at the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great. This is a boutique hotel so room are always likely to be a little quirky - but we were very comfortable and would certainly stay at Palacio Ramelhete when in Lisbon again

The service was impeccable from start to finish, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of all of the facilities. There are many outdoor patios on multiple floors for soaking up the sun in a secluded and historical setting. The bedroom was fantastic, very bright and airy and the rooftop swimming pool was a nice break from the sun all day.

The only thing I would say is because it’s more of a boutique hotel, staffing is minimal and not 24/7 so things like breakfast service and drinks can be a bit slow. But that wasn’t a problem for us.

It’s just gorgeous!! So thoughtfully designed, the rooftop pool is a god send in the summer months and the whole hotel was really well run.

Though the quality of the breakfast was high, service was a little slow as there weren’t enough staff.

This was our second visit! The room was beautiful, and the hotel has a peaceful pool area. The whole place was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly.

The palace is an old building, therefore there's no lift. I recommend you carry small bags, otherwise you need to make some exercises.

All employees were very friendly, since the beginning. Installations were amazing, as well as the breakfast.

Staff is awesome and very friendly, travelled whole night, came with an awful migraine. Got early check in and lots of support, ladies met me outside and helped with the luggage Upon check our, I have leave early, got coffee to go and croissant. That was really kind of them and much appreciated. Place is beautiful and worth to stay

Loved my stay here, it’s a gem in very busy city! I stayed in a pool suite, it was great to have the space for relax and go for a dip away from the business of the city. Very private. The suite was lovely, had everything I needed. The palace itself is gorgeous. Breakfast, location and staff were excellent. Will be back!

Price is high, also because there is no staff at the hotel during the night. Rooms are smaller as the one showed in Booking.

Breakfast was delicious and really well served. The hotel decoration and the garden are special. Staff are very polite and gentle.

Bed in room 11. Is a modern four poster that squeaked and creaked on every movement. Reported to the staff but nothing was done to try and alleviate the noise just a sympathetic nod. Pool was closed due to maintenance

This is a fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. It's a great location - out of the most busy tourist area but within easy walking distance of everything in the centre. Highly recommend!
