I can't think of any negatives.

Spacious and clean with an amazing roof terrace. Really well equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances. They let us drop our bags early, before check in, as we had an early flight. Location was excellent, quick into centre of town, but quiet. We could hear the countryside noises!

The location was perfect with everything within easy walking distance. Jessica met me to hand over the keys and thoroughly explained how all the appliances worked. She was also very kind in answering my call when I thought I had locked myself out of the apartment only to find the door sticks and you just need to push hard to open it. Thanks again Jessica.

Location in the old town near a fantastic French boulangerie and the historic sights of the castle, Roman Bridge etc. clean with good kitchen facilities, quiet situation and a good size. Staff weee friendly and proficient despite me arriving the same day that I booked.

Everything in walking distance. The property is well equipped with quality utensils for making meals and some good restaurants and coffee bars nearby .

The bedroom needs blackout blinds as the orange street light left the room very bright. I had to sleep with a t-shirt over my eyes. I found the half-frosted bathroom a little disconcerting. Would prefer a blind or a fully frosted window for privacy.

Hard to fault the property. A bigger bed would have been nice, but really nothing else to complain about

Lovely, bright, spacious apartment. Well equipped and plenty of storage. We particularly liked the outdoor terrace. Location was perfect - a very quiet residential street and yet only 5 mins walk into town. Very little to fault with this apartment!

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Location was also very good. Loads of TV channels. Great washing machine. Towels were big and fluffy. All in all there was everything you needed. Loads of cupboards.

There was no art or decoration in the property so it felt very sterile. No spare towels and lots of empty cupboards and drawers.

The only minor gripe is that the blinds are not blackout so you do get some early morning light. Sleeping mask would help if no shutters.

The location was good in a quiet area and the apartment was very pleasant and had all the appliances including a washing machine and Nespresso machine as well. We had a welcome gift as well

The privacy film in the bathroom could be a big bigger, you're quite exposed when you stand up. Another privacy film in the kitchen would be good as you are 50cm away from the neighbour's terrasse. In the kitchen, the basics would be good such as oil salt and pepper. Sockets would also be useful, just one in the kitchen is maddening. Bedroom, no room for 2 bedside tables, so putting a large lamp on the only one isn't practical, but some wall lamps instead. The bedroom got very hot during the day, even with the blinds down (which do not reach the full width of the windows), they are not enough to protect from the sun or the street lighting. Slept in the lounge instead on the comfy sofa bed, quieter and could get a breeze from the balcony.

there was an outdoor space, but the view was of a wall. this was disappointing and we did not use this space during our stay because it lacked a view and chairs were uncomfortable.

Their automated messages were too frequent and very impersonal.

The management company was responsive, and let us check in before their regular check in time. The unit was clean in a convenient location and close to two very good restaurants.
