Lovely host. Great little kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic views and location is great for walking to beach, groceries, little hikes, marina and restaurants.

I can’t think of anything negative to say!

I loved the location of the property, the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and are so thoughtful. The beds are also very comfortable and the whole place is modern and clean. If you are staying in Horta I definitely recommend Nereida.

We had the family room with four bunk beds for one night. The appartment was very clean and functionnal even if not very big. The situation is top because you are in front of Horta's harbor and Pico's view and it is quiet because of a good sound insulation from the street. You have a common place where you can rest and cook but we didn't use it. Denise welcomed us very nicely. All was good !

Some items like the window blinds or the shower head were a bit worn out and in need of maintenance, but still totally functional. Besides, nothing essential was missing.

Beautiful views of the marina and Pico. Located right in the centre of Horta, less than 1 min walk to Peter 's café sport. The air conditioning worked very well which was really good, otherwise it would have been unbearable during such extremely hot days!

Everything was simply perfect. They location is amazing, there is always free parking available. There is everything available in the room that you could possibly need and the staff is super friendly too. If you are in Horta definitely stay there and have a GinTonic at Pete's next door!

It's in a top location, with a stunning view and very comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly. They always let you leave your baggage before check-in or even check you in earlier if the room is ready.

We were staying at the Suite on the top floor and everything was perfect. The flat was absolutely clean and everything seemed very new. The Suite is accessible from the back of the building so you can actually park you car behind and use a private entrance, avoiding the stairs in the building with your luggage. Denise was so friendly and helpful with everything. The views on the harbour and Pico from the balcony are spectacular. Peter's Sports Bar is just next door.

Some noise from the cobbled road with the windows open but good double glazing and air con.

Fantastic location, supersize room with kitchenette. View ro die for and close to everything. The bed was fit for a king and really comfortable.

It was an amazing place with a great view and the hotel was clean and nice to stay upto 4 beds but we were only 3 ppl and it was equipped with everything we needed like for the kitchen, we had oven, microwave oven, stove, cups, plates dining area, etc. More than expected. Nice shower area as well. Really loved the whole vibe around me. The açores islands are amazing and worth a visit.

Too much sunlight in the morning, a blackout could improve this.

The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent, and you can go on a walk to everywhere in Horta. The room was very spacious and had all you need.

No elevator in the building. The mattress was synthetic and not really comfortable.

All newly renovated. Spacious family room with very nice view to Mt. Pico. (Almost) everything was perfect and it was a shame that we only booked for one night - would have loved to stay a bit longer!

Cars in the street make noice if you keep the windows open…but you can close the window and put on the air conditioning for the night.

Perfect location in Horta, in front of the harbor. Large room with a king size bed (room Calypso) and very well equipped: kitchen, AC, TV,… On bottom floor you have a large kitchen + salon, where you can prepare meal and gather with your family. Everything is perfectly clean and well functioning The young lady at the reception is fantastic and so helpful. She is a great support and so service oriented.

Great location right in the heart of the harbour. Beautifully clean room with all appliances new and well maintained. A small kitchen, very well equipped, water, tea and coffee etc and a basket of fruit. Very big comfy bed with nice bedding. Compact shower room with lots of towels.
