I stayed with my son age 6. We were in Lisbon for the eras tour & we were so happy with our hotel choice. The staff were very accommodating and took time to talk with my son. Everything was amazing and when I visit Lisbon again, I will stay here!

The exterior of the building looks a bit seedy, old and rundown. It didn't look very inviting. I can't think of anything else.

Great location! Very near the Rossio train station, which I didn't know when I booked airline tickets. Very nice hotel, with an excellent breakfast, and an interesting breakfast room (situated right over an old well that is said to date back to Roman times. The well is covered over by plexiglass, so visitors can look down into it). This hotel looks like it has retained some original walls from many, many years ago and was built to incorporate those walls into the hotel itself. I found this most interesting. Our room was very pleasant and well stocked. The staff was extremely helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

The room was rather small for 2 people, but possibly average for Lisbon and not a deal breaker. The Bolt/ Uber drivers could not seem to find or access the hotel easily and also confused it with the other nearby My Story Hotels. Perhaps the hotel manager could look into how it is showing up on the app locations.

The beds were comfortable. Location was superbly convenient, not up a steep hill and it was very close to public transport at Rossio Square and also Praca da Figueira. Staff was efficient, helpful and obliging. My prior request for a quieter room was honoured. At night the soundproofing helped keep the room quiet and the curtains effectively blocked out outside light. Technical staff were sent to our room very promptly when the coffee machine and internal telephone did not work. The aircon was nice and quiet. and was adjustable according to our needs. The elevators were a definite plus. It was great to have a place to leave our luggage before and after check out. Communication with staff before we arrived was good. We would stay here again.

Very small vanity space in bathroom and room “move around space”was limited.

Location, staff, bed(firm), shower and breakfast. Staff very helpful, broke my glasses on flight to Lisbon. Assisted with finding optical, however they were unable to help. Later staff received FedEx package from my home and paid extra taxes upon delivery. (🤪). Absolutely loved the breakfast, tasty, nice presentation (bacon is folded!) Would definitely return and recommend. We had a corner unit on 4th floor 409.

The hairdryer was broken and I had to wait couple hours for a new one. Then the electric socket in the bathroom didn’t work unless you literally had to push it in and hold it hard for the hairdryer to work.

Center of the city with public transportation nearby. Some attractions are close by. Renovated rooms and decent breakfast.

The double bed was crowded into a space that would have been better for a single bed. I barked my shin on it a couple of times. The sink had a lousy stopper that didn’t hold the water in. I couldn’t wash anything out with keeping the water running continuously.

The room was small, additional hangers would be useful. Lobby bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper both times we used them.

The hotel location is fantastic, easy to get to and from by foot. The room was beautifully designed. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet.

Not very friendly, abit impersonal. Overpowering air freshener smell in lobby and reception. Couldn’t check in before 3pm, but they did take luggage for us for an hour so we could wander while waiting to check in. TV on wall bracket at narrowest part of room, hazard! Paper cups only for tea/coffee machine and supplies not topped up daily, we had to ask for new paper cups and more tea etc the second day. Not overly soundproof, but not really that noisy late at night when we stayed so not an issue but could hear lots of noise from corridor.

Brilliant location, central, near to metro. Clean, bathroom was spotless. Balcony with lovely view, blackout shutters, aircon helped during 32 degrees! Comfy bed, clean towels each day. Luggage room for secure storage after check out. Complimentary late check out til 1pm when we enquired.

Not a whole lot. I would have preferred a blind in our bathroom to be able to shut when using it but we are on level 6 so we were high up so wasn't too much of a problem.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Location perfect for exploring all that Lisbon has to offer. Staff were lovely and even gave us a few drinks (water and cokes) from the mini bar to us complimentary on check out
