Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsThe apartment is really fantastic. It is equipped with everything you need and is located in a local area with some nice little shops but also close to the centre with all attractions. The owners are really nice and helpful with everything and the communication with them was excellent. Last but not for sure not least the apartment has a nice roof top terrace inviting you to relax and to enjoy fabulous views.

CanadaThe only bonus and not essential would have been air conditioning. It was in the high 20’s during our stay and we managed quite well as the building itself was quite cool.
The 2 bedroom and three bathrooms were great. Everything about this place was more than what we expected. Walking distance to the metro to go downtown and a short 4 blocks to a supermarket was so convenient. There’s also a shopping centre and large food fair that is less then 15 minutes of leisure walking that we ate at a couple times for dinner. Overall a great choice that we would definitely rent out again. Plus it had a secured underground garage.

This apartment makes us feel like home! It's modern, clean and cozy. Sandra was so nice to meet and greet us, and my son enjoyed the gifted strawberry. We didn't use a car, but there is a parking place as well. Terrace is huge , though we can't enjoy it a lot due to rainy days and strong wind. Many restaurants and shops are just 10-15 minutes walking, and you can grab a taxi which will drive you to historical part if the city within 5-7 minutes

New ZealandThis apartment is well kept in excellent condition, it is safe, quiet, spacious and clean. You can walk to the main monuments in 25-35 minutes and there are bus and tram stations nearby. We stayed 3 nights and parked our car in secured garage, then most time walked around without any problem. Sandra and her sister are very nice and helpful, prepared a bottle of porte wine , fruits and snacks for us at the 1st day we arrived. It was very kind and special. We absolutely recommend them to anyone who would like to have a good and comfortable stay in Porte.

Perfect location - you can easily get to the appartment by metro from the airport - one line-22min; in 10 minutes by metro you are in the center. In the appartment you have everything you need or even more :) There was a heating what was great in cold evenings. Great host - answered every question we had and allowed us to leave the luggage few hours longer on check out day. Start up gift - wine, fruit and something sweet. This was a great surprise. 2 bathrooms-one looks like a private one for one of the bedrooms plus one wc. Great thing was that there were some printed guides preapred - what to see, where to eat etc. I recommend it to everyone!! For sure I would come again.

United KingdomThe location of the flat is not in turistic area, but at least it is in the quiet neigbourhood and close to the metro station, from where you can go anywhere.
The apprtment is spacious and wery well equipped - the kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities. Many towels and pillows provided. There were detergents provedied for washing machine and dishwasher. The view from the terrace is super nice and the terrace is big itself.
