The overpriced activities. All experiences are amazing for us and kids, but the prices for each was too unreasonably high.

The venue is excellent for someone to disconnect and be in nature 24/7. The food was outstanding as well the amazing wine. Pedro was an amazing waiter for us as well. The kids enjoyed the animals, the wine tasting tour was very nice as well. Amazing venue away from the city rush. We got upgraded due to a AC issue, the whole team was amazing in accomodating us.

Everything! The design of this place is world class - there is attention paid to every detail, from lighting, to music, olive oil, bread + wine in our rooms, the views, fresh and festive flower arrangements, the fireplace setup for us when we returned from dinner (dinner was also excellent) - the ride service, gorgeous, spacious common spaces that allow you to interact with other guests comfortably, the golf cart access and sauna were wonderful. We loved our wine tour with Claudia, the staff was always so helpful, and we felt so peaceful and lucky to have found this gorgeous place. Ironically and also because we felt so present being here, I barely took photos, so you'll have to just see for yourself when you arrive :) We really related to their culture of sustainability and eco-friendliness and hope to return as much as we can ❤️ Muito, muito obrigada pela experiencia!

The welcome from reception and the support in sorting out our lunch and wine tasting. The service and quality of food in the restaurant was superb. The wine is also fabulous and we enjoyed our tour of the vineyard and our tasting experience. Such depth and variation from a young vineyard. The staff are all wonderful, knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful. They clearly love their work and ensuring the guest experience is the best. The family who own and run the vineyard, hotel and restaurant seem totally committed to its success and are clearly very proud of their achievement. We met two members of the family who were genuinely interested to know we were having a great time.

Nothing really to complain; if one would have to say at least one thing that could have been better than I would state that there could have been power outlets next to the bed to charge the phone

Our room had very little sound proofing. Being by the road and near the kitchen, we heard a lot of traffic noise, and noise from the kitchen in the morning. We also heard everything from the other guests in the hall, in the neighbor rooms and outside. As the facilities at the resort are very spread out, there's a lot of road traffic. The hotel has a transport arrangement to get guests to and from their rooms/suites/villas to other facilities such as the restaurant. But we felt that we vere always forgotten hm when having booked the transport, waiting for 15-20 minutes by the road on the heat until we called and asked. The country house is a bit run down, and our bathroom had black mold between the tiles. The service was very different from person so person. We had very little information when we arrived, so we had to ask about everything all the time.

The nature surrounding the hotels are very beatiful. Our hotel room was delicately furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The country house, where we stayed, was in general nice and had a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant was really good, especially the desserts.

The location is an absolute dream. I loved the feeling of being immersed in nature, just enjoying the quiet, but also having access to an extensive list of activities that the hotel provides. Breakfast was great as far as the quality of ingredients (amazing fruit, amazing fresh eggs and charcuterie) and attentive service. I would maybe say there were a few items missing, like a good quality yogurt and homemade granola, for example. But the management went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday and it was just beyond every expectation!

Exceptional premise - huge estate with different housing and apartments scattered across the whole plot. I have never seen a more breathtaking estate than this. Words can’t describe the scenery and Ambiente it offers. Most friendly staff, exquisite breakfast and service. Everything was perfect, I will definitely come back.

+- Restaurant is amazing, but ala carte menu doesn't work everyday probably considering the amount of guest= +- Dinners are perfect, breakfast are really good, but lunch menu could be with better variety - Pool in Deluxe suit have to be warmer since with current heating system it's really cold) Also it requires cleaning more often, because bugs like it too)

+ Amazing winery & hotel facilities + Has different suit types for different taste (ultra modern, classic, for couples, for families & etc). My personal choice Deluxe suite with corner windows) + A lots of activities: horse riding, wine tasting, baggy, picnic, bicycle, spa treatments & etc. Totally recommend all of them, especially picnic) + Super helpful team + Nice restaurant

We really have nothing bad to say about this property other than it was extremely expensive for what it was.

Beautiful property, staff were extremely nice and attentive, breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and clean, activities were fun and well organized.
