Felt like the the room was a bit too small for a week-long stay, which probably isn't too recommended, but I managed. i had a few days I had no hot water in the bathrooms, possibly for being the last one in the floor to get there.

Nicely design and pretty cozy. Amazing location, close to a lot of things, and close to public transport that can take you anywhere. very clean and the staff, which are mostly not needed, are very attending and helping.

One thing was a little bit uncomfortable- the ring bell didn’t work as well as an WiFi. So, there was a problem to come in when I arrived at 9:20.

toooooooo many stairs to climb particularly with luggage it's bad. the lift doesn't go to any floor but stops in between.

Not a quiet accommodation and it was very noisy... My room was literally at the head of the first floor stairs,just in the hallway that everyone use to walk in and out of the building. I could hear people shouting and crawling their luggage on the stairs the whole night and very early from 3:00 am. I could hear all people talking in the reception as this is also in the hallway. Only 2 shared WC for more than 5 rooms (single and double) on the 1st floor, are not enough for the amount of people. They were very busy by the mornings and nights

Room and bedsheets were very clean and comfy single bed. Perfect for a night. Shared toilets were also clean. The Location was very good, as I could walk easily to the centro historico in less than 30 min. Or walk for 5 min to get either a bus, the tram or metro. Also convenient location to get a bus to the airport. In the main street there are many restaurants, mini markets and bakeries. As a woman in a solo trip a felt very safe.

It's like 5-10 minutes away from the nearest bus stop but it's not a big issue.

Room was nice, plenty of wall outlets. I think bathrooms are always one of the most important parts of a booking. These were pretty and spotless. The shower had great pressure and there was even an option for a bathtub. The reception and staff were really friendly and a pleasure to talk to. One of them gave me a recommendation for a really good coffee shop nearby so I'm very thankful for that.

There was no towel when I self-checked in late, so couldn't shower until some staff came at 9 am the next morning.

Despite the elevator, you still have to take the stairs to reach to your room.

The location was very good. The room was clean especially the bed linen was immaculate. Room was a bit small but was expected in this price. Self check-in was very smooth. Bathroom was also clean considering a shared facility. Overall very satisfied.

I get your money's worth, I think it was fine, esp for the amount and how central it is

the staff are very responsive, they respond very quickly. The facilities are clean and where it is situated is very convenient. there are loads of cafes and restaurants, there's a hospital opposite, I got a room with an amazing view of the sunrise. the bus and train station is about 8mins walk away. the room is simple for a 1 night, a bed, fan, chair and lamp. There's a shared kitchen on the 1 floor too

The bathrooms was a little bit dirty, and we did not have a warm water. And our room was on the side where was a very noisy.

The smell from the restaurants downstairs reaches even 5th floor so you feel like you are sleeping in the kitchen. Check in starts at 16 which is compared to other accommodations - quite late. Also check out is very early - latest 11am. The most disappointing thing is they don’t allow to leave luggage after check out in case you have a late flight.

Clean enough, easy to locate, self-checking is possible.

The Bathroom extractor fans needs to be cleaned more often. The room seems bigger in the pictures.

Self check-in was smooth, the shared bathroom is spacious and rapidly accessible with no long wait time. The location is very convenient and close to all local amenities.

Staff were very friendly and responsive and also provided a fan when needed. Beds are comfortable and the toilet was always clean. The place is quite satisfactory for the price.

There was no privacy or feeling of security as my window was connected to a balcony that could be only used by the room next door. I had to be closing the blinds to feel none was seeing me and they left they bicycle, drying clothes and tools by my window so I felt my space wasn’t being respected. The room was super hot at around 5pm. I contacted the reception but they didn’t answer until the next morning. They don’t have a room for keeping your luggage after checkout and you have to go around the area walking up the steep streets and pay for luggage storage.

The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. The kitchen was provided with everything you’d need to cook a meal and was fairly clean. The location was good and it felt safe as a female solo traveler
