Our room was very small and a little awkward to navigate around the bed. The double bed was two singles pushed together with separate bedding, even though the room was not large enough to have separated them to make a twin. The hotel location is ok but the area feels a bit edgier than other parts of the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near to metro stations. The bed was quite comfortable.

The Hotel located near homeless tent place with many people that staying just in front of the hotel. It was very noisy sometime, Also, the Hotel located on main road, and the windows are not noise cancelation. The door to the balcony cannot be locked.

The shower’s design led to water getting on the washroom floor, but otherwise no issues.

The balcony was amazing to enjoy in the evenings! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, which made our stay easier to navigate and enjoy.

This was a 3-star hotel, and I would have given them 10/10 if we did not have a problem with the shower panels in our washroom. We reported it and were told it would be resolved.

We really liked the balcony. It was very breezy, particularly in the evening and early mornings. We must also mention that we arrived very early. The hotel gladly took our luggage until we were able to check in. It gave us time to walk down the road to have a meal. The staff were very friendly & professional.

The location did not feel completely safe at night. The door to the balcony did not close fully, so there was some outside noise coming in during the night.

It was good value for money - nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. We were lucky to have a nice balcony looking over the street. Close to metro station and walking distance from city centre.

The person who checked us in was not particularly friends but OK. The street on which the hotel is located is a bit rough but OK.

We were able to park our car for 3 days (€17/day) in a secure garage (though there were only two spaces).

I think the breakfast was lacking. It's very very simple, no vegetables at all, it was nice that they had some cut up fruit and yogurt, but it's mostly some ok looking pastries, egg, cheese and bread.

Great location, a quieter neighbourhood about a 30 minute walk from the center, has a couple Metro stations just two minutes away. We felt safe walking through the neighborhood day and night. Very nice and helpful staff, available 24/7 at the front desk. It's not the fanciest, but the rooms and corridors are clean and well kept and the room has everything you could need.

Lisbon City Hotel is a nice place not far from the main attractions. There are 2 metro stations very close to the hotel what gives the opportunity to get easily to all the interesting locations and places of the city. Free Wi-Fi was reliable and good air conditioning inside the room. The 24-hour reception staff were incredibly friendly and supportive.

Didn't realize that this hotel was in a general Lisbon area. Many homeless people in the area but did not feel unsafe. Initial room on a noisy corner so moved to a smaller cramped room on side of hotel. Staff at front desk fairly new and not always knowledgeable. Other hotels on street, similarly priced, looked more inviting.

I picked the hotel as it is near the Metro so easy to get around and good price.

My room was on a lower floor so there could be some loud voices heard from the street which really isn't the hotel's fault. Also some extra shelving in the bathroom would be helpful.

Breakfast was very good and always replenished. Dining area was always kept clean and tidy. Room and hotel kept very clean as well. Close proximity to the metro/trains made getting around much easier.

Some extra 1-2 shelves for clothes. U have the space, just compartment it better. My night light wasnt separate from my partner's, that ment that i read while he was sleeping with both of the night lights on. We wish that breakfast would have started an half hour earlier, for us homo turisticus that want to see places before it gets too warm.

We enjoyed we had own little balcony to drink our radlers after long walks and we liked that we had a mini empty fridge and ac in the room. Comfy bed, good size shower that didnt drip on the floor, enough hanging hooks for towels. Good breakfast. Nice proffesional cleaning personal and nice receptionists. Just 1 min walk away from intendente metro station, 20-20 min walk to rossio train station if u dont like to take the public transport

Breakfast was too expensive per person, so we opted to have breakfast nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious; however, the noise was constant due to the main road in front of the hotel (I understand this is out of the management's control), but it was very disturbing. The location was convenient, although there were a lot of dodgy people around the area. Some of them were camping in front of the hotel, which was a bit scary.

On the 3 days we were there they only gave us one bottle of water. Bathroom had a weird smell.

Good location, about 2-3 minutes from tube. Room was tidy and was clean everyday. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable.
