Was there for 7 days, no one checked on me to see if I needed clean sheets and towels. I had a problem with my phone so contact was a problem. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady one morning to exchange towels.

Excellent location to experience Braga. A beautiful City. Walking distance to eating spots, shopping and bus stops. Pretty much central to everything.

I stayed for 2 nights and was very impressed. There is no reception but support via messages is excellent, you get an answer in a few minutes. You get informed about everything, how to check in and out. My room was clean and spacious with 2 large windows facing Avenida de Liberdade - a very central place in Braga. Air conditioning was powerful. The whole accommodation is spotless, even the shared kitchen is immaculate. If you need to cook you can, there is a little terrace just outside the kitchen with a table and chairs. All the cutlery, cups, glasses, coffee machine, etc are there. And everything is very clean and tidy. Also, the place is quiet enough, with no noise from the street. When I revisit Braga first of all I will be looking for this place for availability. Recommend!

We would have liked a smaller bed to give room for a desk. It really helps to have a desk, but the giant beds made that not possible. If the room descriptions and pictures could make that more clear, it would be great. The coffee machine also needed some care, but I did that before I left. The front door to the building doesn't close very well, and is hard to lock; that would be something I'd like to see worked on.

The location was very, very centrally located, making it easy to get around and see the area. It's also close to the bus station, which was really handy for us. Check in and check out were very easy. The staff we met were very nice. The AC made some odd noises, but it worked very well.

I had only the shower on the room but not the toilet. The fire detector had the battery discharged and was making a pulsed signal noise every minute.

When booking a room with a bathroom, you would expect a toilet, too. Yet, you have to share it with the other guests in the apartment. One does survive this, but it MUST be made clearer in the communication on booking.com. Breakfast means, that you are served a selection of food in the morning on a plate in front of your room, while you have to prepare the coffee yourself. The coffee machine in the kitchen wasn't working one morning, and if the wonderful cleaning staff would not have been there, the solution of the problem would have been more complicated. I'd recommend to rather take breakfast in some of the nearby cafés.

The staff (when you meet them) was very helpful and friendly, although communication is English was sometimes a challenge (messages were sent in Portuguese). The location is excellent and air condition is very much appreciated during the hot days. The room was clean and practical. If you want, you can use the kitchen, too, since the accommodation is de facto a big shared apartment.

One bathroom for 7 rooms. Cold floors, cold bathroom , cold halls. Senseless furnishings , extremely uncomfortable beds, argumentative and disconnected communication. Many more shortcomings.
