The staff were exceptional at Lakeside. The apartment was also very clean, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. It was a great sized apartment with a large balcony overlooking the pool area. We would book again if staying in Quinta do Lago.

On arrival the receptionist was okay but not over friendly and gave us no information about breakfast, the restaurant or any other useful info Luckily we bumped in to Pablo near the restaurant who asked us if we were okay . he explained everything about the site and what was around us to visit, making us immediately feel relaxed and on holiday .This would have been very helpful if reception had given us this information on arrival. Also the receptionist said we could only go in after 3.30 at the earliest whereby booking.com said 3. On showing her this she just shrugged and said ‘ after 3.30’!!

I wud like to have a bed with a topper included in the mattress. That is my preference …some people luv hard mattresses….not me. The mattress was hard.

Sena is the perfect location for breakfast….4mins walk from all apts. I have stayed many times in Lakeside & have never been disappointed. It is a pleasure to deal with all the staff. They r just delightful….friendly…..helpful …..& obliging.

Bright, spacious and airy rooms. Very well appointed a full kitchen. We didn;t need it, but air con is always a bonus. Each apartment had a balcony or garden which was a lovely touch. The pool area and facilities were great, and the breakfast was just the job.

Very good location. Near the excellent golf course and 11 mins drive to Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.Very clean and modern apartment, fully equipped kitchen. We love the heated indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent.

Lack of electrical points at waste level to recharge mobile etc and dark around the dressing mirror in the bedroom. Breakfast is pretty poor.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a very generous stay here - our apartment was generous, extremely clean and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was generous - unlimited continental with the option of cooked breakfast. The staff were super friendly. The pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi were well maintained and very clean. This resort has a relaxed and very welcoming feel and is not overly corporate.

Lovely spacious and clean 2 bedroomed apartment with balcony overlooking the resort area. The air con was excellent and the daily servicing of the apartment was appreciated! Reception staff on check-in and check-out were all very friendly and helpful! Also very pet friendly...The indoor poor was excellent again very clean. The on site restaurant served the inclusive breakfast, and had outside seating which allowed our dog. The restaurant at night served a good choice menu in very pleasant surrounding, again with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Good onsite parking but some stairs to negotiate! The location is in the heart of the Quinta do Lago area and a car was essential; the longish walk to the beach and board walks was only by road, about 15 minutes to The Shack, but not that many bars and restaurants close by. There is a shopping mall and supermarket about 5 minutes drive.

The beds were very hard and resulted in several of our party struggling with sleep.

It would be nice if the restaurant was open in the afternoon. We would have liked lunch when we checked in, but it was closed . We didn’t mind too much tho as we went to the Shack instead .. it’s so near the Shack .

Loved the balcony, the closeness to The Shack, the nature reserve and the beach. All beautiful. Lovely and clean, great size and nice balcony. Staff were very helpful and efficient booking taxis. I also was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included - which was fantastic, and in a lovely restaurant. We had to leave early to play golf on the last morning but they packed us a WONDERFUL takeaway breakfast. Fantastic location for playing the three Quinta golf courses. Would definitely return. Thank you for the perfect stayz
