Breakfast would be EVEN better if warm plates were offered for hot breakfast items. Also a tiny bit challenging booking spa/massages as there was rarely anyone at the spa reception (probably not the case in busy season) - they do call you back!

Friendly welcome, clean and comfortable, spa facility, outdoor pools, delicious food at both buffet, fixed menu and the à la carte restaurant. Calm, quiet room with terrace, huge shower & coffee maker. Quality of all-inclusive drinks was ok. Piano music in the morning was an unexpected surprise and lots of food choices at breakfast including good options for non-dairy diet. Good communication about closure/limitation of certain facilities with it being out of season and on some days few guests which didn’t warrant a full buffet for lunch/dinner. We were very happy with our stay and thought all the staff did a great job of taking care of us. We would like to thank Nelio for helping us settle and assisting during our stay. 5* service also from Marco - every interaction (with us and others) seemed to be with a smile.

As it has a kitchen it could be a little more prepared for day use, like having kitchen paper and towels. Also the general finishings need a little care.

The villa's pool and view are beautiful, its extremely pleasant outdoors. Inside the villa all rooms are confortable and its a great option if you have a baby and are travelling with your parents !! We had visited before and the breakfast is still amazing 🤩

We had an amazing time, the spa is quite pleasant and so is the indoor pool. We were lucky that the weather was nice and were able to used the beautiful outside pools as well. The staff are all very polite, helpful and simple nice, shout out to Sandra at the reception for being so kind!

The staff had no training. Sometimes they weren't very friendly. They have no patience for children. The gym had no water.

Buffet meals can be expensive. Please consider all inclusive when you're booking upfront. We paid 500€ for 4 days for 2 adults and one child, and 430€ in additional meals. This means that you're paying a lot for a fixed price buffet and you don't eat as much as you're paying. This will keep people away for a next trip and look for another place to go. At least I'm considering it

For teenagers, there's not much support and activities to do besides the pool and paid activities by the nautic club. The hotel seems to be more focused on families with small children or babies

The food, facilities, very clean, nice staff. The view from my room was amazing: mind-blowing. The outside pool, even during sunset, was still with a great temperature and drove incredible afternoons!

Some staff did not have the knowledge of what was included on the “All Inclusive” ! Had an issue with the room cleanliness but was promptly resolved. Just 1 bar for 3 pools seem short but in fairness we did not had to wait long for drinks, but if you’re on the low floor you have to walk a bit to grab a beer or a cocktail. Overall a good experience but it could have been better because the hotel has a very good potential as a overall resort

The bathroom was not a separate room and the toilet door did not shut fully in our room. The big sliding window was very hard to open. The breakfast was a standard 4* hotel breakfast and could improve at least with better coffee and eggs made on request.

Staff was great! Pools amazing and well kept. Great views. Appreciated the parking garage. The piano player during breakfast service was a nice touch.

Only thing service in nautic club is like 1 hour wait, so slow, and could be cleaner the pool area

Confusing navigation inside the hotel, there are two different first floors, for example. The reception is not directly accessible from some floors. I have never seen anything like this in a relatively small hotel.

Staff is helpful and friendly. There are lots of options to relax, outside and inside pools and spa. There are parking spots available. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff was welcoming and available, very friendly. breakfast is excellent with food for intolerants and seasonal fruit. The hotel is in a very quiet place and the beds are super comfortable.
