We had a fabulous time at this hotel. It's so well located and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is delicious, probably too good! We were reluctant to get out and about too early and cut it short!! The cleaning staff did a brilliant job of keeping everything spotless. We stayed for 5 days and highly recommend it.

fantastic hotel, centrally located near main bus/tube network and easy walking distance to all main attractions and shopping. located on a quiet street makes it tranquil. The staff were really attentive and excelled to provide the best service experience. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked food. the bar, garden and pool area were lovely areas to relax, all the plants in the garden area made it feel so luscious and tropical. Rooms were really well appointed, comfy beds and pillows, lovely towels, lots of small touches throughout the hotel elevated our stay, highly commended hotel which i would definitely return to, you won't regret booking here

It is an incredible place with amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also ideally located, close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings contribute to a truly relaxing experience. I will surely be there again, as it's not just a stay but an unforgettable experience.

Very close to where you need to be as a tourist including shopping and restaurants. The gives little touches of warmth like the welcome pastries and cheese plate. Airport is not far from the airport.

The only thing that could have been better is if the outdoor pool was heated. As a pool owner myself, I know how hard it is to keep a pool heated and clean year round. Just wishing.

We had a room with a terrace that was very nice. Unfortunately, it rained much of the time we were there so we didn’t get to really use the terrace. The staff at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfasts were feasts. There was so much to choose from, and the wait staff there was very congenial every morning. We walked all over Lisbon and always felt safe.

The hotel looks very modern and is staffed by great personnel. Breakfast is delicious with a set of a la carte options combined with a buffet that offers everything we like. There is lots to see/do in this area, and a walk to other popular districts in Lisbon takes only 10-15 minutes or an inexpensive taxi ride. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t very appealing, my eggs and avocado were a bit tasteless. The hot water in the shower never hit the temperature I expected.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Big wardrobe. Great soundproof.

Everything was just perfect, and the personnel was super friendly and kind. The room was super clean and the service was just amazing. Also, the bed was great; for me, the bed and sheets are very important. I honestly felt at home

I absolutely loved the restaurant, dinner, and breakfast. I am a fashion designer and I go to Portugal often because I produce there, they were super understanding and gave me the room before the check-in time, that was everything to me because I was exhausted from the day before.

A toaster in the breakfast restaurant would be good. Otherwise you have to ask the staff for toasted bread everytime. Also, some more variety in food would be nice to have

Hotel Hotel was utterly fantastic. Luxurious but modern and comfortable and staff bent over backwards to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The breakfasts and cocktails were delicious, as was being greeted with a glass of wine on arrival. Brilliant location close to everything. The outside area with plants and swimming pool was beautiful, especially lit up at night. The yoga room was gorgeous too and I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga session with Rubens. Highly recommended in every way. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious and the king size bed incredibly comfortable.

Everything was perfect.

The Hotel Hotel is beautiful, modern, very charming and impeccably clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with so many healthy choices. The staff are very friendly and lovely! Constanza and Enzo helped in everything we needed, I highly recommend the hotel and we will stay here next time we come back to Lisbon!

I expected few more Yoga classes during the week since it was a big part of the marketing.

Nice location, great breakfast, wonderful staff - really a great place to stay in Lisbon! Room was small but still cozy.
