We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe security guard at night wasn't so pleasant and asked us not to speak. The spiral staircase is a NO NO in any language. Minibar in the room is expensive €8.50 for a baby short and restocked daily could be problematic for drinkers.

Nice, cozy little hotel near Albufeira and Santa Eulalia beach. It is set in an excellent location, as it is simultaneously close to Albufeira, but at the same time in a quiet area, close to a great little beach named Santa Eulalia.

located next to an outdoor park for kids, not in the crazy area, just a nice stay. not sure why some said different.

United KingdomThere were no facilities for making a hot drink, and although there was a vending machine, this didn't have any milk for three of the days, which was disappointing. Although there was a fully stocked Mini Bar. The water in the shower, was just off tepid at it's best. This definitely needs looking at, If they could sort these issues out, I would have no hesistation in booking this hotel again.
Nice Quiet Hotel, Beautifully Clean, Fresh Towels and Bedding Daily. Staff accomodating. A good 15 mins walk into the town for Bars and Restaurants and 10mins to Santa Eulalia Beach which was clean, not over crowded with a Bar/Restaurant, Toilet and Showers and the Use of Sun-Beds at a small cost (15 Euro for 2 Beds All Day or 10 Euro for 2 Beds after 2pm.)

The rooms were excellent, small little hotel but perfect for a couple getaway. Seen lots of bad reviews so was nervous before arrival. However once arrived it had exceeded my expectations. Would definitely come back. The pool is a small size but is never busy so is nearly like a private pool to yourself.

IrelandThe food/drink services were not great at all. There was no option to be served food or drink. There was a small bar, however it did not seem to be in use. Instead, there was just vending machines that had some treats and drinks.
The location of the hotel was great, situated right between the amazing Praia Maria Luisa beach on one side and the town centre on the other. It was also a small hotel which made it very peaceful and extremely relaxing, perfect for a solo traveller.

United KingdomThe room was very very basis. We overlooked a carpark which was really depressing. We were at the top of the stairs up to the second floor so could hear absolutely everything. We were not even provided with a complimentary bottle of water and had to pay for water. The Hotel was not disabled friendly and there was quite a walk to the nearest bar/restaurant. Staff were not overly helpful. Was really disappointed with the Hotel.

United KingdomThere was a very strong smell of smoke when entering our room and even after hours of the doors open and aircon on, the smell was still extremely strong - we asked the staff if there’s anything they can do and they said no as they are fully booked. The smell later on in the evening seemed to have merged into a more damp/sewage smell. Not great !
The hotel had a lovely large swimming pool, which was by far the best feature. Good location near lovely beach!
