The character of the property was just beautiful great lengths were taken to preserve its historical beauty yet very modern features. Rooms tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Delicious breakfast with wide choices. Highly recommend

Fabulous location! So convenient to walk everywhere from this lovely hotel situated on Lisbon’s “Petite Champs-Élysées”, with shops, restaurants etc. our corner room was exceptional with large space and views. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Lovely lounge and breakfast and a warm, inviting lap pool downstairs. The perfect hotel!

Occasionally had to wait to get let in late at night, a card scanner would have prevented the need for this.

Room was large and very comfortable, it was a lovely touch to have free drinks and snacks throughout the day. Facilities were great.

During the breakfast, a woman from the staff was talking loudly and without respect with the other staff members. Just a few car parking available in the street (and it is paid).

It is a gem in the middle of Lisbon. Very comfy hotel, with good amendments and welcoming staff. Gorgeous decoration and very well decorated rooms. Amazing bed.

Just the main thoroughfare issue

Great location, breakfast very good, afternoon sweet treats included. Complimentary port and sherry. V Good restaurants nearby. Good base to explore Lisbon. Long weekend advised. We had a lovely room at the rear of the hotel, I can imagine it would be a bit noisy in rooms above the front elevation.

The room and hotel had a nice boutique feel to them, and was a comfortable base from which to explore the many sights of Lisbon. The breakfast was good, offering a choice of hot and cold dishes, including a choice of fresh fruit and omelette's prepared to order. A nice touch was the all day complimentary port, coffee, teas and cakes. Staff all very welcoming and helpful.

Simply stunning hotel and excellent service to match. The room was a good size, stunning windows/doors and bathroom with robes/slippers. Good AC. Breakfast was fantastic - an array of options to suit everyone. It was lovely to have snacks available throughout the day as well. Customer service was great.

Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and a great location. The hotel, and my room, was spotlessly clean. I was traveling solo so the room size was perfect, and as I booked. The lobby level has a lovely breakfast area, bar and lounges to spend time. There was a library on the 1st floor, which was perfect for getting some work done. The front desk team were friendly and very helpful, and all the staff I came across during my stay. The location was right in the middle of where you want to be as a tourist - but the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. I'd stay here again.
