Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

communicating with staff was such a comfort after a horrible day of multiple cancelled flights. we got in very late at 1 am but had a shower, great bed, good sleep on off and running at 6 am for a very reasonable price. would stay again for sure.

LatviaCity sounds. But how much i red in references about other hotels, this problem is everywhere in Lisabon. You can not get city without sounds. Just accept it and try to get best of your trip what you can :) . And do not go there when is hot and need to sleep with open windows :) .
We choosed this place because it was easy to get there from airport. Just 15 minutes walking from metro line from airport. And on the way to Guest house was shoping center and one of planned must see places in Lisabon ( Observation deck Park Eduardo VII ) . Catched beautiful sanset there . Guest house was really clean. We had room with shared toilet and shower, but actually it was next to our room, so it was not problem. There was house rule about beeing quiet after 22.00 and we did not hear lot off noices at the night, just one couple arrived late at night, but they get silent soon also. In the kitchen was all, what is needed for prepearing food. So yes, we got all what expected and were surprised about how clean and nice was there and how nice and friendly was host Emilia.

United StatesI didn't not like this but it's further from the main touristy parts of Lisbon. Easy to get to thing though via the subway system (Rato and Marques Pombal are the closest of the stops), but you're not in the heart of it. It would be good for them to share/post transport information potentially to visitors, especially when they are first traveling to the location.
This is a cute guest house and it was well priced. I liked that it was quiet since it's away from a lot of the busier parts of Lisbon. It has a nice clean kitchen which actually came in handy for having morning breakfasts and sometimes dinners. The other guests during my stay were really nice.

Very clean, next to the Amoreiras Shopping Mall, metro, train station close by. 2 bathrooms, working Wifi, and the kitchen to use:)

Emília is very attentive, helpful and has a bright personality which makes her an exceptional host, she cares a lot about her guests and provide everything you need during your stay. The whole space (including the common areas like kitchen and bathrooms) was spotlessly clean, our room was nice and spacious with a cute balcony. The guest house is located in a classical style building, from where you can reach the city center easily by bus/tram/metro and there is a train station in 15 mins walk to explore Sintra.

United KingdomOnly little thing is the noise from other flats in the building. It was sometimes very noisy at night and you could hear planes flying over early in the morning. It's not that bad, depending on the night.
Really lovely place! Great and very very helpful host 😊 the location is convenient with great restaurants near by and shopping centre. Only 10min by bus to city centre. Place was also very very clean.
