It was cold in the room, but we understand that everywhere in this country it is so in winter. We had a heater, which helped us a lot, so it wasn't a big problem. You also have to wait a while for the hot water to warm up, but we also encountered it more than once during our trip

Great location and a hostess who took great care of us and made sure we got there on time! It was our first time in Portugal, so we didn't figure out transportation and called a cab because we needed to get there before 10pm. Check-in after 10:00 pm is 10 euros. Loved the bathrooms and kitchen - they are very clean, bright, large, well renovated. We had a large room too which was quite cold (which is normal in Portugal as we are now aware as it is not heated) but we had a heater which saved the day and allowed us to sleep soundly - thank you for it! Also there were plenty of blankets, and there are plenty of great cafes, stores, close enough to the center of the guest house. We really enjoyed Lisbon and it was a great place to stay for a week. By the way, we were working remotely so we were happy with the fast internet

There is some noise from other guests at night, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. Mattress wasn’t amazing, but I’ve had much worse!

The kitchen was helpful, it had what I needed. the dining room has a nice view, I got to watch the sunset. Bathrooms were good, hot water and shower gel and hair dryer. Bedding comfortable, staff very nice!

If you choose the small single room with a small window facing the hallway you should know that you can hear everything. I mean, if guests don’t pay attention to others at night, you won’t be able to sleep well. But it isn’t the host’s fault.

Kind and helpful staff. Emilia is the one of the best hosts. If you have any questions she will help you in a few minutes. It’s a well-equipment and clean apartment. Good location and good public tranpsort. There are 6 rooms with 2 bathrooms. It works well.

Emilia is a great host. We got a very nice room with window. The bathroom was equiped enough and always clean. Location is quite good you can take a walk from the center or if you are lazy to climb Lisbon uphills you can use public transport. Obrogada Emilia ❤️

Emelia is the sweetest host I’ve ever met, she really cares that the guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Lisbon, she’ll give great recommendations if you ask her!! The facilities were super clean, and we could come and go as we liked, super affordable price as well and great location - 25-30 min walk to the ”party” and restaurant area, I would stay here again any day of the week :)

Good location, 2 min from the bus stop and the huge shopping mall. Super clean, comfy room and bed! Could be a bit noisy because of other guests/neighbors. But the place itself is really great - tidy, clean, cozy, nicely located. We enjoyed!

communicating with staff was such a comfort after a horrible day of multiple cancelled flights. we got in very late at 1 am but had a shower, great bed, good sleep on off and running at 6 am for a very reasonable price. would stay again for sure.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, I had a backache every morning. That could be because I'm used to sleeping on hard matresses.

City sounds. But how much i red in references about other hotels, this problem is everywhere in Lisabon. You can not get city without sounds. Just accept it and try to get best of your trip what you can :) . And do not go there when is hot and need to sleep with open windows :) .

We choosed this place because it was easy to get there from airport. Just 15 minutes walking from metro line from airport. And on the way to Guest house was shoping center and one of planned must see places in Lisabon ( Observation deck Park Eduardo VII ) . Catched beautiful sanset there . Guest house was really clean. We had room with shared toilet and shower, but actually it was next to our room, so it was not problem. There was house rule about beeing quiet after 22.00 and we did not hear lot off noices at the night, just one couple arrived late at night, but they get silent soon also. In the kitchen was all, what is needed for prepearing food. So yes, we got all what expected and were surprised about how clean and nice was there and how nice and friendly was host Emilia.

I didn't not like this but it's further from the main touristy parts of Lisbon. Easy to get to thing though via the subway system (Rato and Marques Pombal are the closest of the stops), but you're not in the heart of it. It would be good for them to share/post transport information potentially to visitors, especially when they are first traveling to the location.

This is a cute guest house and it was well priced. I liked that it was quiet since it's away from a lot of the busier parts of Lisbon. It has a nice clean kitchen which actually came in handy for having morning breakfasts and sometimes dinners. The other guests during my stay were really nice.

There is a chain of keys that you should not lose. Sound Isolation might not be the best in the rooms:) You have to agree the specific time of arrival with the host, as she might not be there always.

The host was excellent. Went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. She was there everyday to make sure things were clean and tidy. Toilets and showers were new and clean and well taken care of.
