United KingdomAll was fine but a coffee maker or cafetiere would have been good to provide.
Gomes house was in close location to ponta do sol and had good facilities close by. The garage was really handy. Beautiful views from the terrace to enjoy coffee on a sunny morning.

The house was big and has space for a big group of six people. We had all facilities needed to cook. The garage was big enough to accommodate two cars (3 if they are small).

We loved that the house is really spacious and have three bathrooms. As a big group a friends it was really important and useful. The owner is really helpful and communicative, feel free to turn to him if you have any problems. He tried to solve any of our problems. The accomodation is accesible, especially by car and have garage available for more than one car.

Czech RepublicThe only drawback was the moderate traffic on the road adjacent to the house, but it didn't significantly impact our enjoyment.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with close proximity to a mid-sized supermarket and a charming small town. The house itself offered ample space, with separated bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a full family. The garage was a convenient addition, and the two terraces provided lovely spots to relax with chairs and a table. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we appreciated the welcome package. The local staff was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay.

GermanyMost people apparently go by car because the house is just outside the town (or rather village). We are not very much into driving, so we always walked there, which is doable (even with 2 small kids), but not ideal: it's only 500 metres, but that includes 100 metres of elevation, so basically a continuous climb up stairs (take the Caminho dos Terças, not the road). There is a small part at the house where there's no sidewalk, so you have to walk on the road and be a bit careful. But it's possible.
Very big house with a nice terrace and exceptional view for a very reasonable price.
