Would have like a walk in shower getting in & out bath a little awkward & no mirror to dry your hair I plug near by would have been great.

Too many people reserving sun beds by putting towels on them and too many children in the big pool playing ball. In fact I got hit in the face with a small ball.

We usually stay in Vale do Lobo where the food is exceptional so we were a bit disappointed by the food on offer at the hotel and in nearby Vilamora. The kids zone in the hotel had a leak in the ceiling and was a bit disappointing.

We stayed here for just one night due to a cancelled flight. The kids really enjoyed the three pools and the two bedroom family apartment was absolutely fantastic. Clean and very spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It was dated and tired in places. There were quite a few mix ups involving the reception desk which made the check in and check out process very frustrating.

The location was a fair trek to the marina/hub of the main resort of Vilamoura (about a mile but you would do plenty of walking around there as it’s well spread!) this wasn’t a huge issue for us due to length of stay however if we stayed longer would have needed to use taxi or public transport. The washing machine was handy although no manual and pretty old so took a lot of YouTube’ing and google translate to figure out how to use it! However, these are very minor things and do not detract from the wonderful stay we had!!

Breakfast choice and quality was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel complex was really clean, including the rooms with maids coming everyday. The room was a good size for 2 (studio apartment) with all kitchen appliances if you wanted to self-cater (which we did not). The quality of the food at the hotel was fantastic and compared to eating out of the complex was about the same cost. It was busy but not too busy which suited us well with the clientele being mainly families and older people (it was nice and relaxed).

Getting in on day 1 was a bit strange - there was no one to receive us at the main gate, so we didn't know where to find the reception (it's up a level from the entrance). Not a deal breaker for sure, just wished we knew about it in advance.

Very nice property, zero complaints whatsoever. We booked the one bedroom apartment and were given one on the highest floor of the property with an absolutely gorgeous view! The apartment was large and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom with a tub, a nice balcony overlooking the pool, etc. The breakfast is nice, but it does get monotonous after the 2nd day. Excellent resort for families!

the chips at the pool bar were not very nice and our leftovers were still there on the sun loungers the next day...

the staff (receptionists, guys who took our bags to room and pool barman) were really lovely and friendly. we had fruit and cava in our room for my friends special bday. which was so nice of them :) room was nice, clean and spacious with everything we needed. pool was great! immediate location of our hotel was stunning! really beautiful area with some nice restaurants and a handy shop close by.

-Bathroom & Kitchen old fashioned. -Bar food was disappointing. Needs improvement. -Children’s playground is located right beside a golf course. Found a golf ball in the playground area and handed it to hotel management. Some sort of netting / protection is needed. -Dishwasher tablets were left loosely under sink in apartment when we arrived. Suggest leaving them at high level away from babies / kids.

Apartments very spacious and clean. Pool area was gorgeous. Staff very nice. Everyone sitting poolside given free smoothies each day. -15 to 20 minute walk to Marina. -2 minute walk to nearby Voila Bakery /Bisto in old town. Ideal for lunch & coffee. -5 minute walk to small supermarket in old town. -25 minute drive from Faro Airport.

Food wasn't great in the restaurant, which was a shame. It was also pretty expensive to eat there - fine if the food was good but that wasn't the case. Indoor pool was a little chilly (only 2 out of 8 days) but it meant we didn't get to stay in the pool for as long as we would have liked.

The resort was very clean, lovely having a serviced apartment everyday - gives you a lot more space than a hotel room and more comfort. Staff were lovely & friendly. Great to have so many pools too.

Maybe only the bathrooms were a bit old fashioned, but still very spacious and practical. Hotel lobby was small and restaurant also a bit on the small side, so when in high season I can imagine it all gets a bit crowded.

Pools were excellent, a little cold, but expected this time of year. Rooms were great, big and very comfortable, even though parts were dated, they were still very nice rooms.

The outdoor pools did not feel heated but maybe they were? The apartment was a bit dated, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms

Our apartment was very spacious and cleaned every day. It was conveniently located beside the pool area with direct access. The hotel arranged a starter pack of food before we arrived as we were self catering. It was very quiet and peaceful in a lovely location near the old village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great with chilly weather. Our kids got great use from the playground every day. A full kids menu was available all day from 11am to 10pm which we found so handy
