There was an issue with the hot water during our first day, however it got fixed the next day - anyways it's not a big deal during the summer.

Great breakfast, frienldy staff and excellent location. Parking is free and always available around. There's a shop and pharmacy nearby, also the Keramoti port is 5 minutes away by foot.

There was no terrace to the room, only one to the floor. No wardrobe in the room and all our clothes were in the suitcase.

Location is very good - near to ferry station, Keramoti beach is also near - 5 min on foot. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly. Part of the hotel is renovated.

The bathroom is a little outdated but still - the keep it clean so it’s fine. If you are looking for luxury- this is not the place, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay for a couple days a the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is very clean and it is right next to the the ferry and the tavernas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking to the beach takes about 5-6 minutes. We don’t usually stay at a hotel in Keramoti, because we’d rather have an apartment with a washing machine etc. But since we booked last minute and we didn’t really have a choice - we booked Xastero and it was really pleasant. They changed our towels everyday, kept the room squeaky clean and it was a delight to come back after a long day at the beach. There is an amazing cat on a leash and we liked it very much also. And finally- they let us stay 2 hours more after we we were supposed to leave and for that I am very grateful.

Sometimes the shower will not have the option to control the hot and the cold water. The shower is also without a cabin so everything in the bathroom was wet.

The staff were amazing , really friendly and always there to help. The location of the hotel was also good. Near the port of Keramoti. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was also suprisinly good. They cook everything there.

There was a problem with the bathroom door but this was fixed asap by the hotel. Excellent care. One other inconvenience was that the water in the shower was hot and missing any cold water. I didn't tell the hotel about this as it was very late and I hoped it will be better next day. It was't but it was manageble for only 3 nights and it didn't ruin our experience.

The hotel service from the staff was excellent. They were welcoming and supported me when there was an issue. Hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was also very delicious every morning. Also there was a cat - Orpheos, a very handsome gentleman keeping you company arround the sofa area with a chill vibe.

There was an issue with the hot water, but it was in the entire city. The manager quickly requested a new water heater and installed it for the entire hotel. This fixed the issue. The wifi is not that good, but it is standard for Greece.

The Brekfast was home made and delicious. The staff was polite and always willing to help. The rooms were cleaned daily. I will stay there with my family again! Thank you for all the amazing stay!

The only thing that is a con for our stay was the water pressure and more concrete - the hot one. Keramoti happens to have this problem and you should wait a little bit for hot water to start running, especially if you try to have a bath during the time when most people come back from the beach. The shower head holder was broken as well.

We had a great time at Xastero hotel. I'm really satisfied with the staff, food and cleanliness. Both girls, Anastasia and Lilly, were very helpful and never hesitated to assist us. The hotel itself and the room were incredibly clean - our disposal was thrown away daily and the sheets and all needed bathroom accessories were changed regularly. The breakfast was awesome - there was a diversity and the food was delectable and fresh. Generally speaking, my expectations have been met. The hotel is a great place for this price and I'd visit it again for sure.

The hotel was really nice and very clean. The staff were ever so polite and friendly and they made us feel so welcome. Always happy to help and so kind. They went the extra mile to make our stay feel personalised and made the effort to come and speak to us and make sure everything was okay. The breakfast was also good and the beds were comfy too. The hotel is right next to a couple of restaurants so it was easy to go for food and drinks after a day on the beach. The beach is not far away either. We absolutely loved it there and would definitely go back.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff is extremely kind and responsive. Our room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed every day. The hotel is located in the central part of the village, there are restaurants and shops nearby, the port for the island of Thassos is also nearby. The breakfast was very tasty.
