The only tiny negative I can find is that the coffee in the room seemed to not be replenished.

Staff very nice but it felt like the senior staff were away and the junior staff were on. No concierge help either.

Great location, fantastic beds, brilliant showers. We had the room at the top with the balcony overlooking the River, highly recommend this room, it was very private and the view was incredible.

The location was great right in the centre, we could walk everywhere yet it was so quiet inside the hotel. We slept so well. Our room and bathroom were so spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

The bed is the worst I have encountered in relatively class hotels. It was a noisy iron bed and the deep mattress made it feel like a climb into bed. Awful!

The front desk team were excellent and helped us organise trips and restaurants (especially the gentleman with long dark hair).Hotel was well located with Very nice room, clean and spacious. Bed was lovely.

Street noise was loud until about midnight. But this is the nature of the lively city, nothing to do with the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The room also had blackout doors which was great for night time. Lovely bathroom and facilities. The location is perfect too. We left before breakfast started but they very kindly made us a breakfast bag to go so we didn’t miss out.

The scent of the bath products was very strong. Gave me allergies every night. Our 4 star hotel in Lisboa gave us slippers and bathrobes. That would be a very nice touch in the future.

Poor entrance & reception area. When we arrived It was not obvious which was the entrance door. However the receptionists were very welcoming & helpful.

Good location for waterfront altho down a steep hill. Central. Our room was to back so trouble with noise

Everything was great.

This hotel is in the ideal location and is really beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, everything was spotless and smelled lovely. The most outstanding thing though, was the incredibly warm and friendly staff. They were all extremely helpful and lovely.

not a vast breakfast offering but everything was very very good quality, you have to ask for eggs/bacon/ cooked items, which they will do but we're not offered initially to us and there was nothing on the table in terms of menu offerings or we would have known, bathroom was very much on the small size though the room was vast

Um, nothing, it was all really good. Nothing more we neeeded.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Great location, at the bottom of the hill but the hills aren't too bad to climb in this area. Breakfast was a fine assortment of cold cuts, and a hot option. Was more than satisfactory to kick start our day.
