The all apartment was clean and tidy. The comfort was above my expectation. Although I tend to look for something cheaper, I would book it again. I 100% recommend 👌

Communication was really bad. I asked for tips on where to eat as I found out in Portugal restaurants close on Sunday evenings and the host wasn’t really helpful. He message and sent the codes to open doors and said there was a key inside that was good to bring with us to make sure we didn’t get locked out in case someone locked the main building door - but the key wasn’t there. We booked a room for three and only had two towels and no bed sheets or pillow for the third person. I tried to contact the host but received no answer so imagine how well we slept. The bed sheets weren’t smelling great either. My ten year old my son had to sleep on the sofa with no sheet, pillow and a very tiny blanket.

The elevator wasn't working and nobody warned us. We had to climb to the second floor with a bad knee. The chairs had some bolts missing and were unstable. The apartment door knob was broken in the inside and it was hard to open the door. The tv didn't work properly (bad antena?) The staircase landings had lockers and other staff lying around

The kitchen was nice and the bed was comfortable. There was a supermarket next door and it was easy to park the car.

The day before the visit the owner asked to pay a tourist tax and promised to send the door codes. Okay, but it's better to pay this tax beforehand and don't have problems during the travel (taking into account the reservation was made in early March and all necessary papers were sent on time). But okay, the main problem was we didn't get any codes after the tax had been paid. And even the next day after 14.00 (check-in time) we didn't have codes. I had to write the owner, and got no answer. Then I wrote to the booking customer service, they replied immediately. Only after that we got the door codes to enter the apartment. Not very good experience, especially when you travel and have a lot of things to take care about and no internet access.

In general, the flat is okay, taking into the consideration the price/quality ratio. Some broken details in the shower have to be repaired and more attention to cleanliness. But the communication apparently should be better.

- it was very dirty: human hair in the kitchen and bathroom drawers and on the bed sheets, the dust was not done, the cutlery was not clean so we had to use single use plastic cups/cutlery/plates - even though a cleaning person came the following day to clean, they only changed the trash bags and vacuumed. The human hair was still in the drawers (we had asked not to change the bed sheets as we had already done that) - the bed sheets were not changed and the pillows smelled like human head so we had to change the sheet by ourselves - the blanket was dirty - the pillows were very thin. Mind that if you have backaches - the wifi was getting cut everyday 22:46 and was back on at 8:12 - the building door did not close so just anyone could come in - the terrace door was broken so we were worried for our safety as we were on the 1st floor and anyone could access it from outside - the description said it was 55m2. It was barely 30m2. The probably counted the big terrace. We were disappointed of the small size - we could hear the cars every night on the highway Honestly either the cleaning person does not really care and gives the bare minimum or maybe there is just too much work for 1 person. Either pay them better or hire help. This is just so disrespectful and our entire perception of Porto got affected by it. I regret every single euro I paid for this

- the AC works really well and is silent - many buses and almost all the metro lines nearby - easy to access from the highway

Marco was so helpful right from day 1 ,was instant in clarifying any query ,allowed us to check in early ,dropped us a steam press and an adaptor .not only that when I was struggling to find a taxi to go to train station he dropped us to station.the location is so close to all prime attractions.i highly recommend this place for family .

It was in a nice location, we were able to travel everywhere with metro from Estadio Dragao, the room was nice and the beds were comfy.

The Wifi was a little spotty, but it worked well enough to be able to use it if you moved around the room a bit. It is important to note that the sofa bed was only a twin and not a full (for 2 people), but it was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of blankets.

The hosts were extremely helpful and sent us multiple videos on how to locate the unit. He even stayed up very late to make sure that we made it into the unit safety. We were even provided with coffee for the morning! The unit was probably the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in!

The room was nice, clean, spacious and very cosy. The bed was extremely confy. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower had a good pressure. The whole place looked new/ renovated. Will recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in Porto.

Really cozy place. I enjoyed lights coming from window at night and in the morning, nice atmosphere :) Loved tiles in kitchen, bathroom and on dishes! So cute <3 Stayed there only one night but I really anjoyed my stay there. Also owner helped me with getting in because I got a bit confused. Really recommend!
