United KingdomThe wind in the patio area was very annoying and lead the patio umbrella to fall over. Not really a big deal for me, but yes was super windy strangely.
The property was very aesthetically pleasing and the staff were very nice. Very modern and up to date so you don’t have to interact that much, you get a code for the outside door and then code for the room. Bed was super comfortable, the room was super clean and spacious.

FinlandRoom are not isolated well enough. You can hear everything from the corridor and from other rooms, especially, if people speak loudly. First two nights it was good, because people respected the silent hours. Last night there was group of people in different rooms. They were not respecting rules and other guests, and we could hear every word loud and clear. They went out at midnight and arrived early hours and same things continued. Luckily, it was just one night for us. Also since there was a fridge in the room, it would have been nice to have a small tabletop on top of that.
The room and common space outside were great and it's like it looks in the pictures. It was easy to check-in. Staff, the cleaning lady was very friendly. It was very clean, pillows were great, nice sheets and towels. Kitchen is small, but there is everything you need for making breakfast and cooking if you like.

The location was exceptional near to everywhere. The suite was extra clean with a nice kitchen,fridge,coffe machine ,toster and all what we need in a kitchen. The check in was so easy and the owner replied to our questions very fastwe had great time.

PortugalThe rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern conveniences such as high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable beds. Premium toiletries, and fluffy towels. Prime location, situated right in the city center, it is within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The main train station and bus station are just a short walk away. There's also a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city and ria formosa which is an excellent spot for relaxing.

PortugalAmazing, beautiful place! Everything were thought carefully. Comfortable bed and linen, very good bathroom hygiene products (you can find a basket with women hygiene products such as tampons, micellar water, etc). Hot jacuzzi outside and pool. Lounge on the rooftop with ria formosa’s view. A well equipped small kitchen with everything you need. What an exquisite place!

BelgiumAt the beginning everything looked very promising. I received all the info including room number 16. I asked if I could check I'm earlier. I was told that Diogo will contact me once the room is ready. Check in at 15h but I was at the property already at 12 and I decided to wait in the yard. I saw the housekeeper and took my chance asking If the room is already available and apparently it was, so I checked In. The room is just next to the building entrance door which is closing terribly loud and the bed is 1 meter from the room entrance so I had a feeling that people talking in the hall are directly in my room. Zero chance for quite rest. So I asked to change the room, which I was refused explaining that they gave me this room cause I wanted to check in early. However, when they first sent me the room info, they were not yet aware that I wanted to check in early cause I only told them after. So it already felt like they are not being truthful . I said that I'm OK to wait extra 3 hours to have a better room to which Diogo told me that there's no other room and I can leave if I don't like it. I had no more money on my credit card to book anything else so I decided to stay. Later in the evening it was very windy outside and I saw that there are actually 2 exit doors in my room and one of them leads directly to the yard. It was closed with a key but with a small space not fully pushed till the end so the whole night the wind was making noise and I felt like I'm staying on a train station. And cherry on the cake is that I'm lying on the bed trying to sleep and then a woman is entering my room. I'm in shock. And she was just looking for the kitchen apparently. Also I had to ask multiple people to not slam the entrance door and talk less loud in the hall cause I literally felt like it's all happening in room. Zero sound isolation. Will never return to this place.
