Noise from the laundromat opposite the property. Also noise from various constructions on the same street. It would start at 8:00 am and went on until 5:00 or 6:00 pm.

Breakfast was not included. However, a soft, light bread similar to panettone was always available in the kitchen and perfect as breakfast when paired with an expresso.

It is a huge apartment with several bedrooms, shared kitchen, sitting room and terrace. Would be an interesting option to book when traveling with a group of friends. Welcoming personnel and host.

I wish we could have stayed longer! We did get a parking ticket in the few minutes we left our rental car out in front of the unit while we were unloading and taking our luggage upstairs. It wasn't DM Charles fault but anyone with a car should be aware that you can't leave a car even for a very short time.

Daniel, our host, was amazing from before our stay til after our stay. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We each had our own bedroom and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We also enjoyed the common spaces, living room, dining room and the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor terrace was great to relax in the late afternoon/ evenings after a day of sightseeing. Check in and check out was very easy and Daniel was so accommodating to our requests. The house was a great location and we were able to walk to town and restaurants. We would definitely come back to stay at this property.

We liked everything!

Daniel is a lovely ,thoughtful and friendly host.The house felt very welcoming and relaxed.In fact it's an amazing building!Facilities very good.Big shared kitchen with dishwasher, toaster kettle etc.Daniel provides corn bread everyday ,range of tea bags and coffee.Building is very secure and quiet despite being in centre of town close to loads of restaurants, buses etc.

DM Charme was a great place to stay with a fantastic location right in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Our host Daniel was excellent, always very communicative with lot's of recommendations and tips. The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful clean and plenty of space with a shared big kitchen and a big, furnished roof patio. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, with smart TV English channels, Netflix and you tube in the large leaving room for all guests. The location is perfect, in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Many Restaurants / Cafes and Supermarket in walking distance. The owner David was super friendly and helpful, he makes you feel like at home.

Fantastic and safe location in the middle of the old center. Nice bedrooms, very spacious rooms for everyone to use including the fully equipped (if somewhat a bit run-down) kitchen. A home far from home. Daniel is an extraordinarily attentive and appreciative host who gives you the feeling that you are part of his (extended) family. He offered dark towels in case I went to thermal baths, ordered a taxi, there's little earplugs provided for sound sensitive people, and he offers to be helpful at any time.

Massive house with a huge room with private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything comfortable and well clean! The position is amazing, in the middle of the town with everything nearby. Least but not last, the kindness and professionalism of Daniel and Filipe! Highly recommended!!

The bed mattress is hard and uncomfortable :( The lights had some problems, but we managed with the bed lamp.
