Nothing at all. Everything was perfect!

This is a gorgeous property surrounded by natural beauty with views of Pena Palace and the castle. The house and the rooms were modern and comfortable. There is a nice outside pool but the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. It was the exceptional hospitality that made our stay so memorable. The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we reached and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt like we were in a private villa! The morning breakfast was wonderful as well. The house is near Pena Palace and the directions we were given made it easy to find. But since the roads are narrow and winding, I recommend reaching during the daytime hours. We highly recommend this property!

Breakfast was very good. Madalena was very friendly and knowledgeable of Sintra. The house had a beautiful view of the Castles and town. It was lovely.

Kitchen closed at 6pm and staff leave. So no access to drinks and shops are a little out the way. But I could have planned that if I hadnt booked last minute.

What a gem! We wished we had more time in Sintra so we could have spent a day just relaxing in the beautiful pool and patio at Cedros Nature house. The home is charming and clean and away from the city center, but close enough to walk. The views are spectacular. And it's wonderful to have a place to park the car. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

Cedros Nature House stay was everything and more. Madelena (our host) was the most helpful and genuinely lovely person, absolutely nothing too much trouble. If only all stays were like this one!!! Would 1000% recommend - just fantastic. Sintra is a must - outstanding beauty.

The property could do with some better maintenance. One room had a shower problem but the staff were very good and they moved us to another room.

To wake up and see both the Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle on the hill from the bed was fantastic. Breakfast was very good great choice and generous. Good secure parking and facilities.

It's a good 15 minute walk to City Center. We had to take a taxi after dinner as it was too dark to walk back up and it's a lot of stairs and walking uphill to get back if anyone has limited mobility. We were totally fine with this and enjoyed walking down to and around town.

We stayed at your lovely Inn in the Deluxe Double Room with Castle View on October 5-7 and were so delighted with our room. It was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was a delight to the start of our day and was a true meal to hold us over for hours. All the staff were so attentive, helpful, and friendly. We loved our spacious room with sitting room. Our view was exceptional. We so loved the outdoor shower and spending time on our private terrace with the most amazing views of the castles, mountains, ocean, and Sintra. At the end of the day lounging by the pool in the peaceful setting made it feel like we were in a fairy tale.

It was a very spacious place, yet the bedroom was a little tight.

The contemporary Portuguese architectural & interior design in what felt like a secluded spot, even though it was close to one of the busiest historic sites of Portugal. We wished we could have stayed longer to relax.

Google maps could not get us there, but the hotel staff helped and everything was perfect thereafter.

After some difficulty finding the hotel - due to Google Maps being useless - with the help of the hotel staff, we finally arrived at this amazing place. It blew our minds - it is more than just a typical hotel. We were the only guests for the first night and the attention we received from the staff was outstanding. Even the second night, with a wedding taking place and some more guests, the service by the two staff was nothing short of perfect. The hotel only has about 6 or so rooms and with that came very personal service from the staff. This hotel is worth every euro, and we will definitely return to it next time. We only wished we could have spent a week in Sintra - and at this hotel. The hotel has a pool, however, there was so much to do and see in Sintra, that there was no time for that. The view towards the hills was outstanding. "Nature House" is the perfect name for the hotel. It's located down a narrow road and is within 15 minutes walk to the town of Sintra itself and the train station and restaurants.
