Breakfast very nice selection and superb dining area, Room good size and layout with lovely private garden terrace , cleanliness, Very friendly and helpful staff. Gardens and pools were superb. Good value for money.

Maybe it is a problem with booking reservation but I filtered for places with parkings and when we got there we needed to park outdoors in the street and pay regularly, so there was no parking at the place.

Beautiful gardens and pool, an oasis just 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Cascais/metro/restaurants etc. Staff were very kind and helpful and coffee, fruit and cake was available all day! The rooms were spacious and had the own patio or balcony with chairs as well as lots of sun loungers dotted around the gardens. Wish we could have stayed longer.

WiFi not great, dropped every time we left the main area. Coffee machines so queues at breakfast. Lots of trees in garden so limited sunny spots for loungers. Bedrooms with balcony but most in the shade.

Great location walkable to town. Beautiful gardens with two pool areas. Pools not heated so cold in June. Modern rooms nicely decorated.

There wasn't anything we could fault about the hotel. We had an excellent stay there and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

The hotel has very pretty gardens and a nice pool area for relaxing. Plenty of shade available and sunbeds. Towels are provided. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. Coffee and other hot drinks are available throughout the day. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of room and nice ensuite facilities. The location was perfect for us as it was close to where our daughter is living but only a 15 minute walk away from the old town and beach area. It was also nice and quiet at night.

Beautiful gardens, pool, and private patios. Lovely living room and terrace. Kind and thoughtful front desk staff. The only downside was that, had we known what a calm and beautiful place this is, we hadn't booked for a longer stay!

There were only a couple of things to do with the parking. Firstly I was informed that parking was free at the weekend whereas it was only on Sunday. Secondly, the hotel failed to keep a proper supply of coins. When i asked for some change there was virtually nothing in the till and the only suggestion was to get some change from the supermarket round the corner. This is a poor system for an expensive hotel and could be easily avoided by keeping the till topped up regularly.

W stayed recently (Room 26 31/5 to 3/6). We had a good stay. Particularly good aspects were: The grounds are delightful and a very calming atmosphere The two pools are spacious The room was excellent and well-equipped. The breakfast was very good The sitting area was very nice.

The room was amazing, It was more like an apartment. Lovely little area to sit and chill. The grounds themselves are stunning the atmosphere is so chilled.

It's difficult to find a fault, the only thing I would say was 2 of our group thought the mattress was too firm, and this gave one of the party an aching back. Mattress preference is a personal choice so many others may like this type of mattress.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming and attentive, breakfast could not be faulted and the hotel was spotless. I booked 3 rooms- all individually and thoughtfully decorated, the lounge area was comfortable and relaxing to be in. My son said it was the best hotel he has ever stayed in! Everyone had lots of space and the gardens, which were lush had many private areas. A beautiful hotel.
