The air vent in the bath is pretty loud but only when the light is on. No dishwasher - but on the other hand not a lot of dishes to be washed either so it‘s not that big of a deal. The TV is kinda small and old so watching football is almost impossible and doesn‘t have any streaming providers (netflix etc.) this would be a cool update to the overall great stay!

The owner of the house are really kind, funny and relaxed. Always available when you need something and willing to go the extra mile. The pool is clean and you can enjoy it by yourself since most people don‘t use it.

That we didn't have towels for the pool. The hairdryer was burning once turned on so couldn't use it.

The advertisement was true to the real experience. The pool, the room with the balcony were phenomenal. My host was very accommodating and caring.

Not an awful lot.. but a small point is the shower room gets wet & steamy as no ventilation. Soi the floor gets quite saturated even with a shower mat in place.

Room had all we needed with a small kitchen area, which we found handy for teas/coffees & drinks on the balcony 😀

It was really nice to stay at Casas Novas. Juan Carlos is a great men, he gave us a warm welcome and was always cheerfull and happy. The guesthouse location is perfect, it's about 15 minutes walking to the old town and it's easy to park your car. We had a nice terrace and there is a swimmingpool where you can relax.

Maybe a better separation between the balconies and some chest of drawers in the room.

We liked the location: it’s a 15min walk from the city center, 5min from a big supermarket and plenty of parking spaces around. The host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of helpful tips and suggestions. The room was cosy and bright, and you can have breakfast on the cute balcony :) Also a great thing is that you can rent beach umbrellas!

Enjoyable terrace, quiet pool area, spacious, clean and well refurbished room. JCarlos is very welcoming and caring for his hosts. Easy 15min walk to the old town, nice bakery 2min away, and car can be parked right in front of the property for free.

Location isn’t the best as it’s quite far away from the nearest restaurants/ beaches, with hilly walks to get to them.

We love our time staying at Casas Novas guesthouse. The pool area is perfect our room was clean and comfortable! The balcony was a great size also. Good location with about a 15min walk to town and to get to a couple of the beaches we got Ubers which were very reasonable. Overall great stay with a very friendly host who even brought us and the other guests a glass of Prosecco one evening by the pool!

The only thing was the bathroom light. It is on a sensor and often goes off while you’re in the bathroom, leaving you to flail your arms around trying to get it to come back on. Maybe we were missing something?

The location is convenient for walking into the town center but secluded and private feeling on the property. We had a small balcony that was lovely and access to the beautiful pool area. It was quiet and comfortable and the host is lovely.
