Beach towels would have been a bonus. Every thing was perfect.

Lovely decor was modern and tastefully done. Good comfortable bed. Kitchen very well stocked all dishes lovely quality. The pictures don’t do it justice. Lovely little balcony for breakfast and wine and watching the locals go by. Pingo supermarket just around the corner. Would defiantly stay again one of the best I’ve stayed in.

Our second visit and the property is superb, the owner is excellent with communication and also at check in. The property is well equipped with everything you need, great location with everything on your doorstop. The apartment is immaculately clean and welcoming. 5 stars.

3 flights of stairs.

Everything except for the 3 flights of stairs, which we knew about in advance. Loved the balcony. Enjoyed the Satio Cafe (give our regards to Jaz there. He was a treat) the toasties were awesome! Also the Chinese restaurant was exceptional - great food.

The apartment is in a good location and was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our 2 weeks holiday in Tavira. The host was also very friendly and welcoming.

It was perfect. 3 flights of (beautiful, marble!) stairs were a challenge for me, but that’s a personal issue that won’t affect everyone.

It was beautifully decorated. Stylish, fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. A comfy couch for lounging. Pingo doce grocery store nearby for groceries so you can experience life as a local. Lots of restaurants nearby if you prefer to eat out. Coffee shop right next door.

Great location and everything you need for a fantastic stay. The host Nicole couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment is bright and airy and spotlessly clean. The location is central but in a quiet street, so close to all the facilities with a great supermarket a 5 minute stroll away.

Casa Eva is in an excellent location to visit Tavira. The host communicated well and the apartment was very clean & comfortable .

Bed was a bit hard and pillows were flat. You need to coordinate with the owner to check in as it is hard to identify the place. A late check in could be tricky.

Self-contained apartment with all the things that you need for self catering. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment and we had the place to ourselves. It also has a washing machine. There is parking on the street. There is a Pingo Doce grocery store a 5 min walk away to get supplies. There are lots of restaurants close and town and the Tavira island ferry are around a 10 minute walk away. All in all ideally located with all you need.

We liked everything except having to leave.

The owner is lovely, an excellent communicator and speaks and writes in perfect English. She even picked us up at the bus station. That's a first ever for us. The apartment is close to the bus station and steps away from everything. The apartment, appliances, pots, etc were all very very clean, and we have very high standards. It is very bright and airy. The shower was one of the we've ever had anywhere in Europe. Everything was perfect for us. The photographs of the apartment are accurate and maybe don't do it justice. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location in Tavira. A few blocks from the river, restaurants and shopping. Flat was well laid out with fabulous kitchen and appliances. Little balcony was perfect for cocktail in the afternoon.

Nicole's apartment is so beautiful, the decor and all the facilities made it the perfect "home from home" for me and my partner. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook or make a beach picnic if you wanted! The apartment was so comfortable and cosy to relax in, perfect for our holiday in Tavira! Nicole was so friendly and recommended restaurants and things to do, everything she recommended we tried and she was right.. just what we wanted, local Portuguese food and beautiful beach trips :) 5 stars, we will be back soon!

Great location, close to restaurants and everything else, but quiet. Super clean! Comfortable bed. Nice little terrace. A washing machine. So comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved Tavira and this apartment was perfect for our visit.
