Everything!! It’s in a great location. It’s very well equipped, spotless and comfortable. Our hosts Antonia and Luis were kind and helpful. They gave us a map with hand written notes about places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

Had to carry our luggages up or down the stairs. Luis were kind enough to help with our luggage.

The hosts, Luis and Antonia, were super nice and were there to welcome us. Even gave us very detailed explanations of the house and even recommendations of places to eat and visit. Really appreciate their superb hospitality.

It was centrally located. The hosts communicated very well and they personally meet you, give you a map and heaps of information which was exceptional. It’s on three levels so there is stairs inside. But kitchen is great and lounge room good. Bed comfortable. Washer and clothes line. This hosts at this property could not be better and the property is kept in great condition.

Luis and Antonia met us at the apartment. Gave us a list of things to do in town, which was very helpful. Showed us around. The apartment was very neat and clean. And close to all the sites we wanted to see.

My husband had a bit of trouble with the mattress. He has an arthritic back. I loved the mattress.

The weather was pretty grim, with wind and driving rain, but uur hosts helped us to triumph over that. They gave us a good intro to Evora and some ideas not in the guidebooks. I loved knowing a bit more about the big park and the part of the castle that still stands. Plus the 18th c folly(fake ruins just to be romantic).

Our hosts were amazing, they spent an hour or so with us on check-in, giving us places of interest, restaurants and pastry places. Very roomy on two levels, everything we needed, including a nice bottle of local wine.

Beautiful old town apartment with upstairs sleeping and lounge, and downstairs dining / kitchen and entry. Quiet spot. Liked that could sleep comfortably with air con when the days had been in the high 20s low 30s (Celsius). Decorated meticulously with exposed stone ceilings. Luis and his wife Antonia have done an increíble job of making this a very comfortable place to stay (our two bikes, on which we are travelling, even fit in!)

No issues for us getting around the property and using the stairs.

Excellent location, parked outside city wall with no issues and walked 300m into the accommodation. Met by the hosts who are warm, generous and informative. The property is set on three levels with stairs and is modern and well maintained.

Luis and Antonia are exceptional hosts and our stay at Páteo dos Oliveira was perfect. The apartment is tastefully decorated keeping the heritage of the property intact and is well appointed with everything you could wish for. Luis and Antonia were friendly and generous, they met us on arrival and provided helpful advice on what to see and do in Evora and surrounds, including a detailed map and suggestions for restaurants and cafes. We highly recommend you stay here.

We found it very difficult to find anything we didn't like about this apartment!

This is a super apartment for a couple and within easy walking distance of all the sights in Evora. The free car park is outside the city walls and is just a 5 minute walk to the property. Coffee shops/cafes and mini supermarkets just a few minutes away. Set in a quaint quiet alley, the apartment has lots of original features and it has been modernised to a very high standard, right down to the little personal touches making it feel like home. The owners are very helpful and informative and respond to messages very quickly. They provided a personalised and hand-written welcome note together with suggestions for the main sights, visits further afield, museums, restaurants with telephone numbers and a very helpful map. Their love and passion, not only for Evora but the whole Alentejo area, shines through. The water, bread, cheese and wine were a lovely welcoming addition.

Leaving! wish we had stayed longer.

Antonia and Luis are treasures! They are very helpful with restaurant recommendations and touring recommendation. Their apartment is so nice. Perfect location, very comfortable, and well stocked. The bed was so cozy! we were a couple but A family with a couple of kids could easily enjoy this space.

Very beautiful typical house, totally recovered, bigger than expected and with all the necessary utensils for the stay. Situated in a very nice and quiet street, within quick walking distance of the whole historical centre. The hosts were very kind doing the check in and check out in person, with a small welcome gift and providing lots of useful information on what to visit around Evora, even having a route made by them to catch most of the points of interest.

The bed was not comfortable, and there are stairs to go anywhere in the house - from the entrance to the bedroom, to the living room, to the kitchen.
