Everything was perfect, large and modern equipped apartment. Comfy beds and great service from householder Paula made our stay in Aveiro unforgettable.

There is a late-night bar next door with outside tables, so revelers can be heard....needed to keep our bedroom door closed to mitigate the noise. It's also on the ground level with picture windows that pedestrians walk past and canal boats cruise by, but you can use the shears or solid curtains to feel more privacy inside.

Great location for walking through the Historical neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Perfect location if you have a car to park, as a free lot is just across the canal outside, a short walk away. Kitchen is nice and well supplied for prepping food and the apartment is updated with nice decor. Our host was a good communicator, checking in on our stay.

The only minor complaint I have is that during the day the tour boats passing along the adjacent camel sound their horns to warn other tour boats of their approaching a nearby camel intersection. This is not a problem at night as the tour boats do not run at night.

Paula was very prompt in responding to our questions and provided tremendous assistance to us during our stay! The apartment was very clean and spacious and the coffee provided along with the welcome gifts were wonderful. The apartment is situated within a 5 minute walk to the center of the older historic part of town.

Going there by car was a bit tricky due to some construction happening on the roads; this will surely become better in the coming weeks/months, and of course we could go to there despite the construction works.

Modern appartment directly located at the center of Aveiro, canal with boats full of tourists directly at the front door, everything close by. Public parking on the opposite side of the canal always had space for us (to offload/onload luggage I would recommend to temporarily and briefly park the car in front of the apparment).

It was everything amazing and perfect. Paula is a really kind person and always available. The welcome was the best welcome ever. We feel like at home in an amazing city. The flat was really clean and near to everything important in Aveiro. I want to come back

There was a bar next door that seemed to start up 9-10 pm and close late. We solved the “happy alcohol chat” by closing the bedroom door

Great little apartment on one of the canals close to restaurants. Best little place in 3 weeks of travel. Paula, the host, was there for us! We loved the free parking right across the canal as well.

Perfectly located for the city and restaurants literally only 5 minutes to the centre. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The tourist boats go past the window. Easy parking and free. If you are fed up with the city go to the coast 30 minutes away with beautiful and very extensive beaches. Paula is a superb host. She messages to check all is well and there are lots of restaurant suggestions and other information. This is a good place.

After being in Portugal for 2 weeks, we were ready for this clean and comfortable modern apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Aveiro and beyond (Sao Jacinto, Costa Nova). Paula was an amazing host, very organized, making check in easy and we appreciated her suggestions for sights and restaurants. I can’t think of anything that could make this stay better.

There was nothing wrong about the apartment.

It was an immaculate apartment that had everything we could possibly need! Three comfortable rooms (fully equipped kitchen, living room with large TV, couch, and more..., and bedroom with huge comfortable bed and a door to a courtyard), plus a brand new bathroom. There were many small touches that made us felt like we were being welcomed into a beautifully decorated Bed and Breakfast. I hated to leave! Check in and out was thorough and easy. After staying there, every other place seems tiny and stingy by comparison.
