Lovely, clean, spacious and airy apartment. Really great location, central but on a side street that was very quiet. Host very responsive and friendly, quickly resolved an issue that arose on my first day and made some excellent recommendations about where to go after I had described my interests.

Please note you will need to communicate your ETA with the host to arrange key pickup. Also note that Uber/Bolt drivers will not drive into the historic district from 8:00-19:00 (private cars are also not allowed, I believe taxis are allowed).

I didn't like having to leave.

The property consists of 3 spacious and light- filled rooms and was scrupulously clean. The bed is beautifully comfortable and the area is so quiet at night time, I slept very well. The location is perfect, within close walking distance to 2 major palaces, and so convenient to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The atmosphere is perfect, with exquisite vistas from every window. HIGHLY recommended.

Fantastic position in the center. Sintra has very complicated roads, but we could park free close to the apartment. Bright room with a beauful view. Bottle of Porto offered by the host. She also gave us some useful advice.

At no fault of the host/property, there is some construction occurring next door. This was happening during weekday mornings very early. Additionally, be aware that there are virtually no supermarkets/markets close to the property. We were happy to dine at local restaurants, but made it tricky to find extra water or other foods.

The host was so accommodating! We arrived early in the morning and she was happy to meet us, allow us to enter, and helped to give advice about local attractions. Everything was very clean and spacious. There was even some delicious Port and Nespresso for us!

During the day it's a bad idea to look for street parking nearby, but it's ok in the evening and overnight.

A big apartment in the historical center of Sintra. Just near the National Palace. Other points like Pena, Monserrat, Cabo de roca are reachable by car (except Pena), or by touristic bus, or Uber. Great view from the windows as it's located on a hill.

Problem finding it. Satnav doesn't like Sintra, nor does Google maps. This proved to be a common problem in parts of Portugal. Sintra too touristy. Lack of 'normal' shops.

Location. Very close to centre. Many attractions within easy walk. Half bottle of port. Friendly owner.

Beautiful bright apartment in an old house close to the palace. The view is stunning, we enjoyed the sunsets as well the morning fogs. When the tourists are gone Sintra becames a quiet nice place. The walls between apartments are not exactly soundproof but our neighbors were normally quiet so it wasn't any problem. We would definitely stay there again. If only the ugly monster hotel wasn't there on the right side.

Nothing i didnt like at all just a minor inconvenience and not the owners responsibility - i'm an early riser and wanted to avoid the ques and be first in line and as nothing opens until 9.30-10am there was nowhere open to get an early breakfast so a few more coffee pods would have been appreciated for the Nespresso machine as no kettle and a smaller cup as the mugs were too tall to fit under. There is a nearby mini market shop up a side street but i only came upon that on my last day! Easy to prepare and bring with you if you are aware in advance :)

The owners went out of their way to accomodate my earlier check in and check out. The apartment was light and airy with great views and the location so central and 2 minutes walk to the main square and National Palace. Everything exceeded my expectations :)*****

Everything is great except navigation by car to address specified. Owners should specify "Posto de turismo" as place to meet to pick up keys. Do not use real property address for navigation. Drive to "Posto de turismo" and call owners from there.
