The staff was very helpful and friendly. Large room, great restaurant and breakfast, and a short 7-10 min walk to the center. They had free parking which was nice as well.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom, they had a scent machine trying to cover it up but if we closed the balcony door and room ventilation turned off, it was not very nice.

The room was very big and perfectly clean. The interior courtyard was a great idea, as the rooms had their balconies towards it and not the street. Very quiet at night. The staff was nice and helpful, and the restaurant surprisingly good, so we ended up having dinner at the hotel most of the days. Parking available in the courtyard was very helpful and safe.

We liked everything in the hotel - cleanliness, condition of the room, friendliness of the personnel and their desire to help in our comfort stay and to recommend us best sightseeings and ways to get there. The only problem we experienced was that: our rooms windows are on the Rua da Contador side, and it was very noisy. There is a 24/7 working bakery, and its workers loudly speak and yell all the night. Except this circumstance, we were very much satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

The breakfast was great. The location was half a kilometre from the town centre. Easy 7 minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise. Maria, at the reception, was very pleasant and helpful giving tips of what to do on a Sunday, when most places and restaurants are closed.

Room isn't soundproof at all. People are very quiet but if you don't wake up early enough, you may find yourself a bit annoyed by all the noise coming from the breakfast lounge / other rooms.

It exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious, the cleaning staff super thoughtful - they would leave us little hearts and flowers, it was a lovely touch. Honestly, the entire Canadiano team was amazing, thank you for making our stay feel like home. Breakfast is pretty nice too. The location is perfect - close to everything. Free parking. If we ever go back to Açores, this is where we'll be staying.

Extremely spacious and modern room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good as well. The location was perfect for one night after our late night arrival in Ponta Delgada (5 min with taxi) to explore Ponta Delgada by walking. The staff was very helpful and let us store our luggage after check-out.

The noise. On the ground floor, doors start banging at 6am and you can hear guests speaking in the hall. You can also hear the bar activity. I was also woken up by my neighbours's phone buzzing in the middle of the night and chairs dragging. Soundproofing isn't great. I also struggled to get room service. And had to chase for my drink after the food was sent to my room. They don't pick up the phone so I had to order at reception.

The room is stylish and clean, and the bed very comfortable. I liked that the room has air conditioning as it can get very stuffy and humid inside. The balcony is a nice little plus. There was a lot of plugs including USB. I liked that there was a fridge and a safe as well as lots of storage. The bathroom was spacious and there were enough hooks to put towels and clothes. Breakfast is wonderful but ordering coffee is confusing as it feels like there's no clear understanding of who to ask.

Fabulous hotel , short walk into old centre to restaurants etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and fresh coffee. Rooms very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Although clean, the bathroom had visible mould on the walls (probably because there is no window).

Spacious room for three people. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning service was great and they came every day - very friendly staff. We organised our rental car through the hotel which made things very easy. The hotel has its own car park which was a bonus. Very good location, short walk to the waterfront. Good breakfast included in the room rate. Overall, very good value for money.

Our room was number 111 on the first floor which was very close to restaurant and staff rooms. Every morning around 8 o’clock, there is a lot of noise due to morning rush hours and the doors of staff rooms were closing very loudly a lot of times. We couldn’t sleep well in the morning. Maybe you can find a sokutions for these doors:)

Overall I like the hotel so much. It is very well renovated, furnished and decorated. Rooms are comfortable. Personnel are so nice and kind. Location is good and walking distance is not so much. Free parking area of the hotel is a big advantage.

We thought it has pool but I guess we scrolled through pictures fast and did not realise it was a reflection pond.

The property is centrally located, has nice outdoor seating area, stylish cozy little lobby and bar, breakfast was very nice and staff was super nice! we had a great experience! Rooms are spacious, have cute balconies, nicely designed. Linens were very white and soft do were the towels! it is not s 5 star hotel but definitely a solid 3.5 star! Easy walk to restaurants and botanical garden.

The breakfast could have more choices but what they had was good enough :)

The location was very good, close to the botanical gardens where we had a wedding to attend. It’s close to the city center too and the best thing is that there is a parking inside the hotel so you don’t have to look for one if you rent a car :) The room and the bathroom were wide and they were clean everyday of our stay. There were nice toiletries and the mattress and pillows were very comfy. The staff was very approachable and friendly, from the reception to the breakfast team and the cleaning ladies. I would definitely recommend this place.
