Bed was too hard.

The location of the hotel is very good with many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Hop on hop off bus is nearby as well as the trams. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent with many hot and cold items to choose. Room was a little small but workable. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Bathroom was small but had a nice shower.

Hotel location is great; Room was small but cozy; bed was very comfortable as well as pillows; Staff was super friendly and helpful; Breakfast was also good with variety of dishes; The best part is the Bar - great place to grab a drink after exploring the city. Having stayed in other hotels in Lisbon, Browns Central was the best!

From check-in through check-out we had a lovely experience. The staff were very helpful, the bar has an art-deco feel and it’s very relaxing to sit and enjoy a drink. The room was really tasteful, very comfortable, excellent air con, blackout curtains and provided coffee/teas. Bathroom perfect, albeit small sink and shelf. Otherwise we had plenty of room. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city with everything that must be done on a city break right outside.

2 things we were having issues with were the emergency line in the toilet. I know it is for the guest safety, but you NEED to put a sign there! My curiosity had me pulling it a few times! Didn't know what it was. Secondly is that the wake up call was given ONE HOUR early! Please be vigilant on your guest requests. s

I have reviewed so many hotels but this one I struggle to find something that needed improvement. Everything was of superior standard from the moment we were received. There was even a proper drop off point when you arrive in a taxi! The staff was the best. Very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. The cocktails at the bar were world class. Not sure about the other rooms, we were upgraded. The rooms and amenities were simply a class of their own, a SMEG and a MARSHALL?!! BRILLIANT! And were are even 2 chilled wine glasses in our fridge! I could not have stayed in a better hotel right smack in the middle of Lisbon!

Location was great! Very central. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was beautiful, and vibes of the place overall were great! They offer you a fun welcome drink upon arrival and the place really went above and beyond to make this stop on our honeymoon feel special.
