Over priced for what you got. Staff not "caring"? Stayed one night - left in a.m. for flight. Flight was cancelled. Needed to go to a hotel again for next day flight. Called here to see if we could come back. They wouldn't answer the phone. Called 5 times...someone would pick up receiver and lay it down (I could hear them breathing and mumbling). Stayed somewhere else. Buttheads. True story.

The overall cost

Location is perfect. The bottle of filtered water provided daily in the room was a nice touch.

Air conditioning in room didn't work very well.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the city and the square outside the hotel had an weekend event on which was good fun. The breakfast was nice as well.

Hotel in an excellent location, right next to the Amarela metro station. Excellent price-quality ratio. Adequate equipment of the entire hotel. Wifi available. Good range of food for breakfast.

No facility to iron my shirt and trousers at short notice. for an important meeting next day. Express service was still inadequate to my needs. The hire of an ironing board and iron would have been necessary.

Close proximity to Alameda underground was key to getting around. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent buffet breakfast.

The sound insulation is not the best, we wake up in the morning with cleaning noises. We arrive late and we waited around 20 minutes to check in, it could be a little faster.

The continental breakfast is fabulous and super complete (bread, croissants, a lot of local pastry, cheese, marmalade among other stuff). The hotel location is great, near a metro station.

AC did not work and it was extremely hot in July 2022. they should have proper AC temperature.

The ventilator or cooling system was off and we had to ask the staff repeatedly to supply a fan, which after many requests we got. Given the summer heat it would be good for them to have extra fans for such emergencies.

The room had adequate space for the price per night and it had a big tv and smaller extras such as portable toothbrush, razor for example which I found quite useful incase one needs it.

Nice breakfast, very comfortable bed, good location and view from the window. Was surprised with the size of the room, very quiet. Perfect hotel to choose if you want to visit Lisbon.

I still think that for one night its kind of pricey. The location is something between airport and historical centre so you are in the middle, so I would prefer also some middle price.

Location is very comfortable. Close to airport and subway to city centre. I had transfer day in Lisboa with one overnight so all and all good choice!

The hotel is outdated and very basic. The bathroom did not have ventilation.

Location if good as there was an underage station just outside the hotel. It was value for money. They had a good breakfast.

I only wish I could have been hungrier to take full advantage of all of the things that they were offering for breakfast.

This was an unexpected overnight stay in Lisbon on our way back home. Rather than stay closer to the airport for our 15 hour layover, we opted for the A.S. Lisboa. I knew it was located right near the Alemeda metro stop which meant that it was about 20 minutes from the airport. Everything was fine, we got there, slept and left. One thing, though, the complimentary breakfast they provided first thing in the morning was, without a doubt, the most impressive, delicious and substantial spread I have ever seen outside of a five star hotel.
