We stayed for our last night in Lisbon (after coming from another city) and wanted to be closer to the airport. Location was a bit out of the historic centre, but very close to Metro station. The free breakfast was appreciated by my family as well.

For some renovations being made the breakfast was in the roof bar 11th floor . It was not a good solution. There was not enough food and one morning they had no black tea. One could see how busy they were trying to make everything work, but... the view was good though 😄

This was our second stay here. We like the peace, coolness, tidyness and very good location near Metro. We had a comfort room upgraded for no charge! It included a massage chair, which we loved 😀

We only got one key for the room, two would have served us better. Bed was hard but I covered the middle with extra cushions so it worked for me.

Excellent service and very good location. Breakfast was served at -1 floor and was rich with dirrerent kinds of foods. It was a buffet. Our room was in 10th floor, quiet and clean, air conditioned. It also had a massaging chair as i had booked a comfort room. The massage chair is very relaxing after walking long days at Lisbon. Room was cleaned daily.

The air conditioner was either on 18° or off. There was no way to Make it warmer. I thought that the selection of toiletries was rather limited, as there was nothing but toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as soaps. On the day I checked out, I did notice that the service trolley had all the usual toiletries, just that, in the 3 nights I was there, my room was never given any body lotion, shampoo etc. Not sure why, because I actually needed them.

There was so much to like. Starting with the very awake and helpful receptionist, on my arrival at 11pm on a Thursday night. I loved the fact that I asked for a view on my booking, and I got a room on the 10th floor with exactly that....a view of Lisbon and the ocean. Windows which opened to let in the air, double glazing, with block out curtains for the morning. I will never understand it, but I had a most beautiful, body massage chair in my room. This is most unusual!! The TV was really large and connected to hidden speakers. Great lighting with individual switches, even the bathroom lighting would be considered great, by a model doing make up. There was a flat, scale inside my bedroom and a big one at the lobby door. Really great for people flying. The breakfast was really adequate, it had a small selection of all breakfast components. But the breakfast terrace had a lovely view with an outdoor area. Location is excellent. I walked down to the ocean on the first day, then I discovered the subways were right outside the hotel.

The included breakfast was ok but the dining room was underground on the -1 floor. Only artificial light. But it's okay if you compromise with the good location relative to the city. I suggest going to a bar in the city center, its definitely more interesting.

The position was absolutely perfect. The connection with the public transport was superb with the metro station in front of the hotel.

There is no soundproofing. You can hear everything that happens in the corridoors.

The place is right next to Alameda metro so the location is great. The rooftop bar has lovely views and the breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room gave good privacy.

walls and floor in our room had some strange defects that gave some uncomfortable feelings. Soundproof was very poor, there was a gap between floor and entering door. So if your neighbors on same floor keep yelling and smashing doors it can be painful at night. May be noise sensors on cameras in floor halls can be helpful to detect and prevent such guests activity. Light switches were tricky to operate. Breakfast lacks fresh vegetables.

Location is near metro on high side of city. Bathroom is clean and great. Cofeemaker in room. Room for 3 people is spacious enough. Breakfast has good cofee and deserts, pasteles, meats and cheese choice, fresh bread. Reception staff was helpful and informative.

The staff at the reception were a bit too serious and dry at arrival. Shortly after arrival one staff member walked into the room without knocking on the door or giving any notice and said she same to check the minibar. She then left and left the door open. When we tried to close the door it didn't close because one of the lock bolts was stuck and had to be manually released. The problem was reported to the same staff member who checked the minibar. She said she would relay it to her boss. No action was taken, or at least we received no notice of action. The door problem continued throughout our stay.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough. There was a massage chair in the room which was a nice surprise. There was even a scale. The view from the room was ok. Nearby there are supermarkets, a pharmacy and a few restaurants.

For the price, there wasn’t anything to dislike, the room was one of the cleanest we have ever seen and we have stayed in many higher priced hotels!

Breakfast was outstanding, great hot foods and loads of pastries. Especially loved the cappuccino!! Also really liked the wonderful water pressure in the shower. This hotel was located right at the subway line and had a huge park in front of it. Lisbon airport is connected to the metro system so we didn’t use any taxis to get around Lisbon. The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and there’s a great Italian called Portofino just a block away that serves fantastic food with great service! Take the metro, it was clean and safe and it takes you all over Lisbon!

Rooms were just ok for a family. Bathroom was ok ish, they need modernising. Breakfast was just ok, nothing mentionable. Our rooms were just finished painting, paint smell was so strong & there was work on the next room. They did a very bad job with painting as well. Cleaners and staff did their best to keep us happy, I think hotel is a bit old fashion.

Location was great, metro was just a minute away. Underground Parking a minute away. Friendly staff

Bathroom was very dated and desperately need refurbishment. Base of bathtub was peeling off and water temperature was temperamental. Shower curtain was too long and hot foods at breakfast were cold. Lack of fresh fruit. Room Aircon didn't work well...too hot. Overall, definitely a 3* hotel but think management is working on refurbishments.

Location as it's close to the underground and plenty of restaurants. Excellent WiFi speed and comfy beds and complimentary bottles of water daily and coffee machine in the room. Modern TV and plenty of English channels. Double glazed windows.
