Only downside was that the plug in our bath didn't work and I could not take a bath, which helps me due to a medical condition. In any case it was compensated with having the massage chair.

Lovely hotel with a cohort of very nice and friendly staff. The room was really comfy, with a huge bed for us two and it included a marvellous massage chair, which made our days even nicer. Location is great if you are not looking to be in the heart of the city. the are is kind of residentil mixed with working/education environment. Some nice perls regarding restaurants and cafes all around. We loved the roof top bar, both for our breakfasts as well as for a late night drink enjoying the views.

There is a wonderful view from the roof where the breakfast takes place, but it is required to make a reservation for a specific hour. I ordered a river-view room, but the room I got did not have it, anyway I was allowed to change. There is a good table in the room, but no appropriate chair (to really allow to work in the room).

Strategic location with a direct metro line to the airport and the Oriente railway station. Very pleasant rooms, if the right river-view room in an upper floor is given.

Breakfast on 1st morning was a bit of a bun fight, small area, lots of people. It's on rooftop,elevator only goes to 11th floor so you have to climb last flight of stairs ,not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. 2nd day was better. Room very small and not much soundproofing, secondary glazing is pretty good but that doesn't shut out noise from people inside hotel. Room needs upgrading, especially the bathroom ,although clean it's showing age. All in all,a decent enough space for a day or two but probably wouldn't go back.

Location, right at Alameda metro, so super easy to reach arriving at night. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the main square ,Alfama, etc, or an easy metro ride.Easy enough check in . Good shower ,coffee machine, and bottles of water in the room.

It was a long walk to the centre and there was nothing to see on this walk, we had to turn and go back because we walked for ages and there was nothing to see only shops. I think you should tell tourists to get the metro to certain stops so they can appreciate the beauty of Lisbon as much as possible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.The hotel is 2 min close to the metro station which is amazing because you can go straight to the airport or city center.Breakfast was nice and quite diverse and you have a really good view of Lisbon on the rooftop! The room was clean overall and exactly what you need for a city break.

The people working in the hotel are very nice. The room was also good, nice big and comfortable bed, a coffe machine, and two bottles of water - refill was every day.

the hotel advertises an airport shuttle but they don't have it. They said they could hire a private driver to take us to the airport for $30. Unfortunately, it looks like false advertisement

Good location, metro station right in front, also walking to downtown quite easy. Very good breakfast (included), multiple options. Fairly comfortable beds. Not a lot of space in the room, but that's not unusual in Europe. Overall, good value for money. All very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Condition of room - the floor veneer was pealing off; Housekeeping - on one occasion, housekeeping forgot to replenish our coffee and water. When we call, they had already left for the day.

Location - Metro station (Alameda) is just next door, making it very convenient to get around. From airport, it is only 20 minutes away by Metro (red line). It also means that you get to hear the noise from the trains. That didn't bother me a bit after a while. Helpful front staff - We had checked out early in the morning ( 6am) but had to come back as our flight was delayed to late afternoon. Staff let us have back our room until the normal checkout time. Housekeeping - cleaned the room well.

Dated rooms, AC was not working and room was often stuffy, lack of charging sockets, cramped - but we get what we paid for!

Very well-located with Alameda metro station situated right outside the hotel. This allowed for travel with two of the metro lines with one of them a direct train from the airport which was extremely convenient. The hotel is located far from the more tourist hotspots such as Rossio, but the metro will get you there just as it's few stops away! An average continental breakfast was served - mini pastel de natas were also served and which was the highlight of the breakfast. Room was satisfactory as well. The only downside was the lack of plugs - we were only able to use one plug which was inconveniently near the exit door far away from the desk and beds. Relatively clean with daily room service, and pleasant to sleep in. Staff were extremely friendly! Happy to stay again :)

Outside the rooms, the hotel needs a bit of renovations. the hallways and corridors do not match how nice the rooms are. It is nothing major, but if they are renovated, the hotel would be TOP AMAZING>

The hotel is well situated. The rooms are cute and have nice decoration. The staff is lovely. They have amazing breakfast, that is now served on the roof top, so you get a good breakfast with a view.

I was made aware of the construction ahead of time, so I wasn't bothered by the noise, which only happened during the day, and I only stayed 1 night. The hallway had a vacuum/service cart thru out the day/night. They allowed me to leave my luggage after check out, but didn't give me a luggage ticket and didn't me ID when I picked it up, which was a concern. But despite that, I would stay here again due to its excellent location and clean, spacious room!

Excellent location: Hotel is just on the corner street above the metro stop of Alameda, 15mins on the red line from the airport and 10mins to Baixa-Chiado stop on the green line. Nice and accommodating staff, they allowed me to check-in early. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and also comes with a massage chair! Water in carafe and coffee available in room. The bathroom looks dated with the yellow tiles, but sink, toilet, and shower were all updated - a retro look? Nonetheless, the bathroom was again spacious, very clean, and offers basic toiletries- toothbrush, body wash, and lotion, soap. Breakfast was continental with a variety of breads, ham & cheese, fresh fruits, eggs and bacon, and grilled vegetables on the rooftop with an amazing view of Lisbon! Great free wifi service.

Because the views across the city are amazing, it does mean your a 15min walk from downtown but you can get the metro from right outside the front door.

The views from the breakfast room are amazing across the skyline of Lisbon. Also at sunset and it's quieter than the usual tourist spots So close to the metro,easy to jump on to get into the city centre. Room was clean, tidy and no noise from other guests. Reception were friendly and helpful.

The lifts are so tiny and the breakfast could be better. The walls are thin and we can hear everything from neighbors.

The rooms and staff are good. The localization is perfect, the tv channels options are great.
