The bathroom is dated , but it is functional , the rooftop breakfast is inferior to basement breakfast.

The location is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the beds were great , the breakfast was good , the massage chair in the room was perfect.

I hate shower curtains!

Great location next to metro and popular route for taxis, Ubers and Bolts.... Room was spacious enough and well sound-proofed. Staff. at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Located right at Alameda Metro Station making it extremely convenient for seeing the city and accessing the airport. The breakfast was also good.

I did not like that I couldn’t take a shower right away because that was no hot water , Also that was a bad smell in the bathroom that seamed to come from the pipes…

The noise from the hall was loud. There was no bag in the trash can in our room and no tissues in the box. One safety concern was the 2nd window had no lock so being on the 11th floor that could be disastrous. We were offered a free drink at the bar but discovered it was only juice or the cherry liquor so not very good options.

The check in was great. The room was good and breakfast was good.

The AC wasn’t super efficient but we were lucky it wasn’t too hot for the season. Because we were on a stopover between flights, we had quite a bit of luggage which was hard to manœuvre in the narrow elevator.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was very good, except for the coffee which I didn’t find to my taste. I appreciated the welcome drink on the rooftop bar. The view from up there was simply stunning. It is right on the subway, which is great for visiting around Lisbon, we just didn’t have time to enjoy this particular feature of the hotel as we were only there for a night.

The quality of food served at breakfast was inconsistent, and the building has no soundproofing, such that adjacent rooms and passing metro trains can be heard in equal volume

The location is the very best attribute that this hotel has, with a metro station immediately outside that connects directly to the airport, central station, and main tourist areas. The rooftop bar/breakfast room is also a big plus

The triple room looks like a double room squeezed in a single bed, which makes the room a bit jam-packed. And there were still only two glasses and two bottle of water in the room.

What I didn't like is an air conditioner. It wasn't cool well. And I didn't like the pillow.

Located right on the green and red subway so easy access everywhere. Close to the airport. Great restaurants nearby with better prices than in the touristic areas. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Yes you can hear the subway a little bit but it is by no means disturbing. Rooftop bar is a nice place to relax after a day of wandering.

Breakfast staff upstairs was okay; could have been friendlier, especially since everyone else in Lisbon was extremely friendly.

Our bed was very comfortable. We were there for the TS concert, so the location was perfect; right next to the metro. The metro made it easy to get to tourist area and to/from arena concert.
