Something we ask the owner didn’t get back to us when he said he would sort the door handle that came away. He was very nice person and friendly it was such a shame. But wouldn’t stop ma staying again. But he did promise to be fixed what upset me he didn’t reply!

Very clean and near to the best part of old town algarve and quite didn’t hear much noise.

We liked the property. An occasional table in the lounge would have been helpful. Andre was very professional , making contact with us to check our arrival time and met us at the property at the time we arrived. He went through everything with us and also helped with an questions we had.

The apartment is at the primary location just couple of minutes from town centre as well as close to the main beach. Excellent choice for all looking for short distance to all amenities. Very well equipped with everything needed on self catering holiday and beyond, just to mention free WiFi, tv, iron, kettle, pots, cups, glasses, plates and cutlery up to four. Excellent communication with a host and immediate response from him on any queries, very helpful and accommodating, thank you Andre.

Apartment was excellent. Topclass mattress and pillow. All kitchen utensils spotless as was the kitchen itself. Nearby to beach and bars and restaurants. Host was available all times.

Why the property manager is lying about the 150€ deposit ? in the description of the property & an email received after booking I was told I have to pay 150€ in cash, as I did. Now I m trying to get my deposit back and the receptionist is threatening me with the police ? what is this ?

I can't get my deposit back ! They are saying I haven't paid any deposit. Please other guests in the same situation as myself contact me, I already have 2 testimonies deposit has been paid and I will go to the police. They are taking advantage of foreigners
