This hotel is fantastic, pools are great, facilities for children are amazing absolutely spotless, rooms are large and extremely comfortable. Evening entertainment was very good, a mix of everything Breakfast is the largest selection ive see anywhere, youre spoilt for choice.

The pool inside the resort was a bit too cold for my liking but we got on with it as the sun was very good for our entire trip.

The room/apartment was clean very spacious for my family of 4 and had excellent balcony space and view of the pool area. Also the staff were very nice polite and helpful providing good knowledge of outside activities and attractions.

We had a great time , the pools were great , the entertainment and shows for the kids were good , you are away from stuff with the location but the taxi service from the hotel is great

Minor things. Sometimes bar/food area is understaffed and abit slow. Could have some better snack options. Gym could open earlier

This is a really great place for kids, loads to do. Between each of the complexes you'll have activities all day. Staff are nice, apartments are clean and serviced well. Overall a great choice for families I'd recommend to include breakfast. Buffet is very good and not many options outside of the place.

The only thing we missed was a high chair for our baby. The store on the resort was very expensive, baby formula was almost double the price we pay in other stores in town

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was an abundance of activities, swim, and play areas for our 3 year old. The room was very clean and comfortable and the sea view was perfect.

Pool was cold.

The room was a good size with a sliding door to separate the sleeping area/bedroom. The living area had a large sofa and a good size dining table with a really good kitchen area. There was a good sized bathroom and a large balcony with good views. Lots of spaces in the car park and you can access to the facilities in the other hotels. All the communal area ie pool, reception and car park were well kept and clean

The restaurant was great most of the time but some days the food was poor and really slow service, a bit hit and miss

Great facilities, particularly the number of pools. Everywhere was spotless and apartment was also a good size and had everything we needed.

We changed room and the bed were not as good on the second room Some kitchen furniture are useless like the knifes that don't cut Quality of the breakfast buffet. which is really made for low price and high volumes. Coffee has no/poor taste, same for sausage, scramble eggs, meats, etc. Appreciated the fruits, yogurts and bread Prices of the restaurants, like in Paris... Some singers, musicians not so great.

The hotel is part of huge complex with many bars, restaurants, swimming pools. So you can go to the busy places or find the ones that are quieter if you prefer to relax Direct access to the beach Amazing views on the sea from some part of the hotel Lots of kids activities and show, ALL FOR FREE, AMAZING

Everything was super couldn't fault anything at the complex. The location was perfect for families with kids and very safe. Highly recommend staying in the Alfa da Colina

The lack of card/ID validation to access/use elevators when access room floors.

Everything! Exceptional rooms, balcony with garden (and sea view), pools and water slides (kids had a blast), breakfast quality, animation for kids at night.

We were on the ground floor and I know it’s not the hotels fault but a lot of ants everywhere getting into our apartment

Would be nice to be able to charge to the room instead of carrying around money to the pools! There were too many extra costs: had to pay for beach towels and to take away food from the restaurant for example. The wifi didn’t work in our room most of the time!

We loved how much there was to do for kids and that we could use both Alfagar property facilities! The hotel room was clean, had lots of room and the staff was friendly. The pools were awesome and would be great for hot weather!
