Very nice,clean facility, large shared common included a game/reading/entertainment room and kitchen were available, so you could leave your room andenjoy extra space. Not much contact with staff but what little there was was good. Beds were comfy.

Little things - the wardrobe looked a bit dirty, had stains inside, so it was not exactly where I would want to put my clothes. The shower was clogged which caused a bit discomfort. You hear everything through the door so I felt lucky to have quiet people in other rooms, I can imagine that with a different daily schedule, it could be bothering.

The place is basically an apartment with three rooms and a shared bathroom, kitchen and a living room. It felt very cosy and homey, close to the city centre, well equipped. I really liked that there was a little balcony for every room.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. We received a free room upgrade upon arrival which included a private bathroom. He also allowed us to check out an hour later than usual which was very helpful.

A 4th floor quiet room with balcony at the rear of the property with lift. The bathroom with a good shower is shared but I was the only guest for 2-nights. Less than 15 mins walk to the Old Town and Faro train & bus stations. Helpful staff but only cash payment is accepted. There is a large Continente supermarket at the end of the road.

The electricity went off twice, the shower got clogged by other vacationers and no help from staff was provided also the cleanningness seemed like a general issue in the place.

Location is convenient for reaching old town and other popular places, apartment is spacious.

Nothing apart from a couple more pillows would have been nice. Having said that the 2 small ones I had were super comfy.

Very clean and spacious. My room had a lovely South facing balcony. Be super comfortable and shared shower was big and good. Shared Kitchen was great and very clean. Anabela was helpful even rescuing me when I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony! She had warned me .. so only me to blame. It is opposite a nice park and a big supermarket is just a short stroll away.

The room was as in the photo with a great view from the balcony, there was also a large common area where you could spend time. In the kitchen you could find coffee and everything you needed for cooking. There was a musty smell in the bathroom. The shower had several adjustment options and the pressure was good.

The only downside was the directions/map provided by the property. The marker on the map took us to the police station - the property could’ve made it so much easier/simple if they’d told us to check in at the ‘Alameda Exclusive House’ office (really easy to find with Google Maps).

The shower water in my en-suit room only stayed hot for about 30 seconds then went completely cold for every shower which wasn’t ideal. The floor in the room was also quite sandy and dusty when I arrived. I had to give it a quick sweep before being able to settle in.

The place was clean and easy to access. There is an elevator which helped for easy climbing.

The bed was too hard for me. The room wasn't well isolated from the other rooms, so we were woken up at 6 am by our neighbors making breakfast. We were anyways getting up early to catch a flight, but it means that the comfort of your stay is also dependent on the other guests.

This is a room in a flat that has two other bedrooms (for other guests) and a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Close to the city center of Faro and well connected to the airport.

Perhaps I didn't ready the listing well enough, but my room was actually located in a separate apartment building from the hotel. One set of "neighbors" (we had separate rooms/baths, but a shared kitchen and living room) was quite loud, kept their door open, blasted music and had some of their belongings in the common area. I *did* go to the hotel building to report them at least once. Additionally, I was informed the day before my stay that I would need to pay cash for the room as opposed to being charged on my card so that the hotel could get the money (as opposed to the apartment owner? I'm still not quite sure)) and I was also charged to keep my bags there on the day of my departure while I explored the city. I've traveled a good amount, and I've never had to pay to keep my bags at the hotel for a matter of HOURs. And I was charged *per bag.* If I were storing them for the entire day, or a number of days, I could understand there being a fee, but this to me was a bit excessive.

The location of the property was good and the staff were quick to respond to my questions about the location of my room and the accessibility. The room was very clean and comfortable. The wifi was consistent (once I found the directions for connecting).

Some of the electricity sockets don't work in the room and bathroom.

Staff is wonderful, super Clean and in a quite area ( except for seagulls) :) It was expensive for a room with a private bathroom in a shared apartment.
