We were contacted before the arrival time and met at the door. So friendly and helpful. Hosts gave us a lovely bottle of Duoro Valley wine, some Pasteis de nata, and lots of fresh fruit. All the essentials are there - salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic etc so no need to purchase. And my favourite, good strong shower pressure! Spacious apartment and fantastic position.

Brilliant location, spacious and clean apartment in the centre of Faro. The lady who checked us in was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed and had arrived safely. Free parking approx 5 mins walk away in a large public car park.

Noise from construction in neighbour bouilding. Out of the hands for the hostess. Loud and clear footsteps and talk and snorring from the guests upstairs. Room need isolation.

I did not like that the wifi router without having the option to switch it off was in the dormitory People they do not have the slightest idea how harmful is for the body while they are sleeping We are not used to it therefore we could not sleep at all - on top the planes they do fly over the city and from 6.00 am waking you up every 30 min It is simply terrible we could not have rest at all on top on from the 2nd floor we could hear the noise either while they were having shower or stepping into the dormitory. We did return home exhausted

Very nice location, close to the city center. The appartment is superb, very well maintained. The hosts are adorable, and make sure that you feel home. We were welcomed with a fruit basket, some typical sweets and a bottle of local wine. Thank you very much for taking such care.

This apartment is superb! It’s in a great location with cafes and shops literally on your doorstep. The interior is brilliantly designed and beautifully finished, really comfortable and I loved the attention to details. It made my 6 night stay effortless, a real home away from home! The private terrace is perfect, a lovely place to relax after you’ve been out all day exploring. I will definitely be back!

The apartment was in a great location. Bed was comfy. Plenty storage facilities for clothes. The coffee machine was great and easy to use with lots of coffee pods supplied. The apartment owner left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The apartment owner kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Couldn’t find any of fault to mention.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of the town, which made it so convenient to view Faro. The property was renovated to a very high standard and quality is evident throughout. You can clearly see the owners took pride in creating a sophisticated and relaxing environment for guests. The apartment had everything you could need for both short and long term bookings. Everywhere you looked, there were nice touches. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and with a smile, and were given guidance on how to use all appliances and also information on where to visit and eat while in Faro. There was also a very nice welcome gift in the form of wine, pastries, water and fresh fruit. Also, the host was always a message away if you needed further assistance. The bed was gigantic and so comfortable. So much in fact it was hard to leave each morning. Plenty of storage for bags and a walk-in closet for your clothes. Multiple bathrooms made it easier, and both were pristine and spotlessly clean. The apartment was well soundproofed, and only heard external noise when we had windows open. I am usually very picky when it comes to reviews, but for this I can’t recommend it enough, and my wife and I look forward to a return visit in the near future.

When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine with egg tarts. The apartment was really nice and clean, wasn't noisy at night either. The location was perfect as it was centre of the town. Laetitia was so kind and nice. She contacted me a couple of days before our trip and helped me with organising our trip. She also did some birthday decoration for my husband but didn't charge me any extra cost. We were so happy to stay at this apartment and my friends who stayed with us have already recommended this apartment to their friends who are travelling to Faro in February.

Although a welcome pack was included (and very welcome it was) it could have done with also providing a carton of milk or at least directions to the nearest supermarket where essentials could be bought. The reason we chose an apartment was so that we could prepare food for ourselves without having to eat out all the time. Unfortunately as we were not familiar with the area, it was two days before we found a decent supermarket

It was not a sterile boring apartment. It had lots of character with homely touches provided by a superb host. It was situated in the heart of a pedestrianised shopping district above a coffee and brunch shop which was also very good and within easy walking distance to most places of interest and the marina. 20 min from Faro airport by taxi so a good place to stop either after arriving or prior to leaving Faro. Would definitely stay here again

The host was in regular communication with us to ensure that we had no issues with finding or accessing the accommodation. When checking in, we received many great recommendations on what to do, where to go. The host was very flexible with us when we needed it.

The instructions to obtain the keys could have been easier, especially if you are tired after a trip. Also details about how to get rid of rubbish were not specific enough.
