Puerto RicoIs nothing at all like the pictures. The parking and the hallway is quite dark at night, and they get you with the “non refundable” so. The bathroom could have been better as in for the shower could have been cleaner. The pool is not like that, there are a lot of broken chairs and moldy.
I am a dog lover, so there are a lots of pups that they come to greet you.

United StatesThe pool was dirty,our first night. The was full of dark water .the Jacuzzi was cold and dirty. There are Feral Dogs roaming the property. I Will not stay there again. We come here to scuba Dive . So next time not there. Both I felt bad seeing the Dogs .

Puerto RicoNeed maintenance in the green areas. They have a lot of street dogs with scabies and fleas in the property. The dogs followed my family to our room which was in the second floor. The restaurant only open for weekends.

United States Minor Outlying IslandsAC unit of the family room does not meet the needed capacity of the space. The bedroom was hot. Also there are some abandoned dogs inside the hotel from the entrance to the rooms and the pool area walking freely.

United StatesThe areas were well lit, nice pool and bar area. There were bb hoop, volleyball net,pool table and other lawn games available.
It has hot water, the last place I stayed did not. We booked despite all the terrible reviews because it was getting late and we were tired. Overall it wasn't the worst place we stayed in PR. There were many street dogs living there and no one told me not to feed them.

United StatesThere were a pack of dogs without owners around, not sure if they were clean and vaccinated. Place with a lot of potential, but some areas need to be better. Might need to take care of details; improve or replace broken and old things, etc. Was not aware of the extra charge for our pets (dogs) and don't understand why is the charge for cuz there is nothing additional or any extra care provided.
It was just a place to sleep. Room ok, not great but comfortable enough. Didn't have the chance to take advantage of the swimming pool, but think is good for most of the guests. Place is pet friendly (with charge not expected)

This is an upcoming hotel. It has main attractions such as swimming pool, bar, and free parking. They done a good job with modernizing the entrance, nicely painted, decorated and great lounge music.
