This is a very comfortable apartment, very close (walking distance) to the beach. The apartment has a huge rooftop private terrace with very nice views. Very well kept and very clean. I will definitely return.

The beach is at the end of the road (1 min) but you can’t swim there as you need to walk 25min to where the bars and restaurants are located. This beach has a really strong current so if you’re a super strong swimmer you will be fine or just stay in the shallows. Also just to note having a car would have been great for visiting other areas but this was our choice not to have one.

The place was super clean and organized. The pool area had a well put together lounge area, comfortable bed and pillows,nice bathroom, kitchen had refrigerator,stove,microwave, and all the kitchenware.

I can't really think of anything that I didnt like of this place.

As a retired cleaning supervsor for a major hotel, I am always very picky with my choices of places to stay. I must say: "This is one of the most spotless clean places I've stayed at." Beautifully decorated. Very relaxing area to lounge acroos the nice small pool. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. I had a great communication with the hosts.

There are very few things I could think of to improve. If anything - and this is just being picky… a larger beach towel. But it was so kind to provide one in the first place. Also, don’t worry! There IS hot water, it’s just opposite of what it says on the faucet. :)

I strongly considered changing my flights. I was staying alone and of course had a few apprehensions arriving. The host was clear, friendly and present in his communication and I felt comforted by that… but even more so when I arrived. It was truly the perfect place. I tend to veer away from “touristy” zones and this was so quiet, adorable, peaceful and in just the right place. When there - there was not a moment I questioned my safety. Even in Isabela at large. The place was perfect. Highly recommend.

non smoking was listed on booking site BUT it was not disclosed that the entire property was smoke free and our room was on the 2nd floor so having to go out to the parking lot to smoke was a little inconvenient. We know this is beyond their control but if you are sensitive to smell there was a horrible animal smell like wet dog and animal urine every time you left your room outside. And also there not much you can do about your neighbors but the view from our balcony was beautiful as long as you looked forward and not to your right they could maybe put privacy screen or something?

Good location relatively easy to find check in and out was easy. Property and room are very well maintained.
