There is no music outlet speaker available in the lounge or lounge chairs on the pool area which makes it uncomfortable not able To lay down in the sun to dry… also no smoking in the balconies is outside and should be allowed… at least with cleanliness… I didn’t like my view🥴

There is no immediate access to the beach. The pool was closed. Property did not have security nor was it gated. This property is also not handicapped accessible as we were on the 3rd floor. Not worth the price.

My boyfriend and I loved the location, it’s minutes away from the beach. The balcony was nice and very private. It’s perfect for a day or two.

Not exactly what was expected. Opened up curtains to see a small balcony facing a wall. At first inspection I found hair in bathroom and on sheets. Did not want to put a downer on my family trip so I did a second cleaning of my own. Drove off to other beaches due to the beach near property being to dangerous to go into. For the price I expected better.

It was a nice studio type apartment. We booked extremely last minute, and the owner communicated quickly to get us right in. Nice pool and location was great for us. Wish we had more than one night to spend there. Safely in a gate area, parking included.

Before arrival we had to sign a rental agreement and provide our driver's license even for a 3-night stay. Video showing the lock box access for keys was with the wrong brand lock box, had to call anyway upon arrival. No beach towels. Gate to exit on the beach side was locked so had to exit on the front roadside. My husband walked to the beach but found it too dangerous. Be aware there are no elevators, not uncommon, but just keep that in mind. Even though the images are great showing the ocean right across the road from the property, you will still have to drive to a beach from this location. The pool had only two lounge chairs which were in disrepair. We were asked to wash all the dishes when we left, which we did, but that should be part of the housekeeping services. We were also asked if we would be leaving early so they could get in to clean. We provided a deposit which still has not been returned almost a month after our stay. There was a reference on the closet where it appeared the washer and dryer were located that they are not part of the stay as they were not listed in the list of amenities. Just seemed like it was an inconvenience for us to be there, not that the host was trying to provide a good experience or service to us as a customer.

This property could be really cool! The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. Most times we were the only ones there. It was a fairly short drive to amenities. WiFi was great to support video calls. The property was gated and we felt safe and secure.

The instructions with pictures on the property lock box weren’t sent on email from Booking email. I didn’t find the message on my phone until we were there. Luckily, the PR contact assisted us by phone.

The property was “gated“ & the facilities were wonderful! I had a whole pool to myself for my water aerobics!

With the address we were given we drove around at 4 AM in the morning searching for the property. We were totally exhausted -- we tried for 30 minutes and then I found a police station. They escorted us to the property safely. We would had never found it without them. It was horrible trying to find this place. And it was alot of money for the 5+ hrs. we were there. It looked nice at the pool but the room was just ok. Beds just ok, polyester sheets to slide and sweat on YUK!

The housing situation was very confusing. This is a room in a large complex of condos - which was not made clear with the booking. We expected to meet someone when we arrived - but realized later there would be nobody there. We couldn't even figure out how to get into the entry gate. The proprietor (Francisco) had texted a downloadable file the previous day - but no text or information to indicate what it was or from whom.... I suspected it was SPAM and ignored it. Finally got through to him via phone call and text to have him walk me through the process. The download he sent was still confusing and not entirely correct. Although he was very friendly and helpful when talking on the phone, the whole situation would have been more comfortable had we known what to expect from the beginning. We would not have booked had we known it was an "un-hosted" stay.

This was a room in a great location in terms of accessibility to the beach and local attractions around Isabela. The room was comfortable and had a nice porch for relaxed sitting.

After we left, the host called me to tell me that the cleaning lady found my wallet. So thanks to her and the host I did not lose my wallet. I went back and she gave it to me while it was raining! Very responsible.

It's hard to like something you never saw.

We have no idea what is was like, because we were never contacted by the owner/manager and after 3 hours of attempting to gain access to the gated community, we gave up and rented a room in a motel about 5 miles away. Several policeman and locals assisted us and were extremely friendly and very helpful.
