It's minor, but I would like more sink counterspace in the bathroom, but that was true for everywhere I stayed.

Location was great -- near everything but not too busy. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Air conditioning, television, and shower worked well. The hotel and the area felt safe. Rooftop lounge was great.

this boutique hotel is very quaint, located in the middle of old San Juan, in a very cool old building used to house soldiers (my husband loved the history) we loved the breakfast and the personal attention the host gave us. It will stay here whenever in Old San Juan.

Nothing bad to say about the place or the hosts. I like everything. Thats what I expected on the weekend.

The careful attention of Teresa and Freddie was perfect, excellent. Friendly, correct and attentive to our needs. If you want a place without noise, to rest and be safe, you will not regret staying at this Guest House Hotel. I give them a perfect 10 on everything.

The included breakfast was very good, but the portions could have been larger.

We really enjoyed our stay at 352 Guest House. The initial welcome by Freddie at this family run boutique was warm and informational. The inside of the building is beautiful and truly has old San Juan architecture. The attention to detail is amazing, even the lock pad greeted us by name when we used our key card. We had a balcony room and enjoyed watching the activity on the street with our coffee and late in the evening. If you don't have a balcony room, the rooftop is a lovely place to sit at a shaded table or use the hot tub. It is a very pleasant and charming place to stay.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful historical house, renovated and decorated tastefully with a perfect location in the old town of San Juan. The room was spacious with very high ceilings, very clean and with small details such as personalised key cards. The breakfast was absolutely devine, high quality and beautiful presented with the best coffee in San Juan! The hotel is family run, Teresa and Freddy made you feel very welcome with their warm hospitality. The hotel also has a roof top with a jacuzzi, sun beds and comfortable and relaxing seating areas with nice views. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, everything was just perfect!!

The staff was wonderful. so hospitable. They took time to talk and explain everything. we lucked out at our arrival and the owner held up traffic when a parking space opened up in front of the building so I could park for free. There are parking garages nearby. The location is great. Everything in old San Juan is within walking distance.

This Guest House really was a hit during our trip! This is a family hotel, the owners are super welcoming. It is located in the heart of old San Juan, close to all touristic hospital and plenty of cool bars and restaurants. Thé place is an historical building, well renovated, clean, and the rooftop is just amazing. i really recommend.

352 Guest House is the perfect location. Everything was walking distances or a ten minute cab ride to San Juan. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional. The staff attained to all our needs in a fast and professional matter. The complimentary Breakfast was outstanding with great coffee. The roof top exceeded our expectation especially at night while enjoy the jacuzzi. We're are looking forward to staying there in the near future and recommending to all our famlies and friends.

Everything!!!! Gourgeous house .This house is 350 years old but they did a great job in keeping the structure ,floors,doors of it .That’s what makes it unique . Amazing renovation keeping the science of the house ❤️
