“I loved that as soon as I checked in Aliah attended us with the best excellent service. Until the day we checked out. The maids where all friendly and attentive. Especially Glorivee and the maid that cleaned my room on Sunday. were excellent! Those room were at all times, in tip top shape. The cleaness from the time you enter the reception area and the room. Give those ladies an A plus. The gentleman’s employees outside. Very nice. I worked in a five star hotel in Humacao. Palmas Del Mar for 15 years and I know what it is a excelente customer service. The residents were outraged by the owner's behaviour, found another phone number and called the landlady on her own phone, who lied, threatened, promised to call the police to resolve the situation, which was quite clear- follow the rules, rent the room you promised, even though it's only for 1 night, respect the clients, foreigners and you won't have to lie and hide and blame others. Shame on the state of Puerto Rico for such a "businesswoman", said the residents.
The environment and the appearance of the house are not worth the points given.”
