Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe hotel needs maintenance and urgently before some disaster strikes The room we got on the second floor had some kind of water leakage that wet the carpet at the entry to the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom is smooth and when you step into the room with wet shoes or slippers you are bound to slip. It happened both to me and my wife, falling could be very dangerous for both of us, being over 70 We asked to be moved to another room. It was on the second floor too, it smelled of sewege.. The third room on the first floor was OK. This level of neglect is bad for business

IsraelLack of toiletry, two tiny shampoo tubes and two tiny soaps for three days are definitely not enough. Ridiculous.. Towels were replaced only once, even when they were left on the floor The shower was built a bit strangely, water spread everywhere No fridge in the room Lack of place to put our belongings forced us to spread them on the floor. Luckily enough free floor space allowed us to do that

UkraineRooms would benefit from some more modern design - light colors would fit it better than dark red. It's good for a transition stay though.
Hotel is clean, and it's its biggest advantage. It's located in rather urban area, but not too far from residual buildings, near the park and 30 min walk from lake. The breakfast was tasty and versatile. There is a nice backyard with lake, ducks etc., which was nice to visit for a change.

PolandAC in my room was not working, or not working well at least but luckily you could open the windows for some fresh air. The view from window was nothing to tell stories about. There was an issue with payments but the situation was immediately rectified once noticed. These are minor things and I still enjoyed my stay.
Good location to arrive with a car with free parking. Breakfast was truly amazing with wide selection of fresh products to create your perfect morning. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Hotel met my needs for arriving late with a car and leaving early with fair price.
