The only criticism I have is that the pillows could do with being renewed.

Instructions were plentiful and straightforward. The entrance and hallway are nicely decorated and clean. Loads of room. Clean, comfortable, and has everything needed. Tea bags, coffee, sugar, and water were a nice touch on arrival.

Would’ve been nicer to have been a little closer to more restaurants and bars but were only a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk away.

Great Apartment. In a quiet neighbourhood. Very close to the river. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were clean. Krakow is a beautiful city with lot of things to see and do. Will definitely choose the same apartment for next visit.

All was good, no dislikes. Staircase was a bit steep but not a dislike.

Instructions for entry were spot on. Location was excellent. The apartment was as pictured and described. Enjoyed the stay there.

Amazing facilities and within reasonable walking distance of Old Town! The walk to Old Town was also very nice because it went alongside a river, and there are plenty of good food options nearby. The small kitchen in the apartment was extremely useful. We loved the games room downstairs too! :)

It’s next to a big street with heavy traffic which leads to the highway. You can block the sound by keeping the windows closed. They are very good for that.

It’s near both Kazimierz and the old town. Small shops and bakeries are also a few minutes walk away. It’s clean and have everything you need. We could easily park on in front of the building.

I understand cost cutting but 1 tea bag, 1 small shiver gel and 1 small duvet (70x150 max). And room was extremely cold, and had to wait until it gets warmer.

The bed should be more comfortable, it was quite tough for me. As the room windows were facing the main street, where is a high traffic even during the night, I could not sleep well.

Nice apartment with all you need for a short stay. Clean and spacy. Good internet speed. Easy check-in / check-out. Convenient location.

You could hear the neighbours through the walls, but nothing too disturbing.

The location is quite close to city center. The studio are modern and cozy, plenty of space for 2 people and a dog. Nice play room and pool table in the basement. Parking is public paid parking infront of the building, usually not too crowded so you can find a parking spot quite easily.

The only criticism, which unfortunately is a rather large one considering it was a big part of the apartment, was that the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's just how they are in Poland, but our mattress was only half the thickness of what we get elsewhere when we travel and the pillows were more like soft bean bags, I did ask for different pillows at reception however, we got given extra ones of the same. Therefor we stayed on the sofa bed instead, which was much more comfortable than the main bed. Maybe this was a misunderstanding with the language barrier so all is forgiven 🙂😉

This apartment was brilliant. It was spotless, well equipped and very large. It was homely with candles, flowers and little touches here and there. The staff were absolutely brilliant at reception, welcoming us and saying goodbye. We were on the top floor, but even with this, didn't seem to much of a stress as the stairs weren't steep and very open planned, was really nice.

The bed in room 5 was very hard and uncomfortable and the settee was not good due to being a sofa bed and very uncomfortable

Very safe and secure. The city is a 10 minuet scenic walk away. No noise from neighbours. Modern furnishing and useful utensils Sofa bed, if you like watching tv to sleep Clothes storage

We were just missing some paper towels in the kitchen and instructions on how to turn on the tv. Maybe some channels in English would be great. But overall everything was fantastic.
